The owner of the company contacted us and correctly fixed the issues and fixed the way the system was set up. Overall satisfied.

Unprofessional. Had to use them through our home warranty. Not sure if they installed our system but it was not installed properly. They were supposed to come fix it. When the warranty people called and asked who was working on the work order they refused to give me their names. They completed the work and left without making sure the repairs were done correctly. Overall not impressed with this company.

The client care office was moreover particularly careful in following up to assert my plan. Remarkable Occupation to the gathering. They were incredibly capable and guaranteed all that ventilation work was cleaned totally. I would unequivocally recommend Oakes Heating and AC Inc.

Oakes Heating & AC Inc did great work cleaning the air conduits and vents for our air framework. It was a decent encounter working with them and were truly content with the work that they accomplished for us. In general it was lovely working with this worker for hire and we would suggest them!!!

The technician was on time and very helpful in explaining the cleaning procedure and offering additional processes they could perform. He was very professional and made sure all duct work was cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend Oakes Heating & AC Inc. The customer service department was also very attentive in following up to confirm my appointment. Great Job to the team.

Terrible business. If they even bother to show up, their goal is to band-aid the issue and get it before it even notice it's not fixed.

All the 5 star reviews look to be from fake profiles too, so you can only imagine the shady business practices they must have if they're putting fake positive reviews on their own page.

This is not the true Oakes Heating and Air company. I don't know who set this up, but they do NOT represent Oakes HVAC. Further, it's not a duct cleaning business. Google won't allow the business to fix this page.

The crew did a fantastic job cleaning our very dirty air ducts in our new house Immediately. After they left, we could feel the difference in the air quality. Excellent service! I highly recommend Oakes Heating & AC Inc to everyone.
