    Great work saved me ton of money. I had an old Rudd heat exchanger coil that could not be replaced (obsolete), but badly needed cleaning. Fairfax cleaned it without having to remove the unit. Messy job but saved me a lot of money.

    I called them during Aug 2016 to have a new AC/heatpump unit installed. Yesterday I was not getting any heat in upstairs bedrooms. I called them, they came down and determined that the problem was electrical and not the unit itself. They did not charge me for checking things out.

    Turns out the problem was with the circuit breaker.

    Beware! Very unprofessional! They apparently installed a thermostat with cheap batteries, which "blew up" and "fried" the thermostat (their technician's terminology) and now tell me that I should have been changing the batteries regularly (which I was NOT told when it was installed!) and that this is not covered by the warranty, and will cost another $250 to repair. The owner hung up on me when I tried to argue with him about this. And BEWARE INDEED! Unless you're Martha Stewart, don't dare even let these people into your house!!! Because I dared to argue with them, they sic'd the county on me, claiming they felt my house is messy! BTW, I ended up buying myself a programmable thermostat and replacing it myself, for less than a tenth of what they wanted to charge me!
    ps: In the process of replacing the thermostat, I learned a few interesting things: 1) According to Carrier, the thermostat WAS under warranty (though I couldn't use it because the technician TOOK it with him); 2) According to another dealer who helped me, there was an offer available from Carrier at the time I bought the unit that would have given me an additional 5 years on the warranty without charge for sending in a form within 90 days, but Mikki failed to tell me about this or provide me with the form, and Carrier can't honor it any more, & 3) worst of all, according to instructions engraved ON the backplate of the thermostat, if the "C wire" was connected, batteries weren't supposed to be installed; yet Mikki DID both connect the "C wire" AND install batteries, which is doubtless what CAUSED this problem, not to mention posing a serious fire hazard to my home!

    The company quoted me one price to replace my AC unit. I went ahead and scheduled their service. They showed up one hour and half late to inform me that they would do the job for $1000 more. Good luck doing business with them, if your desperate they will extort money from you.

    The prompt response to my call and the speed and professionalism shown by Michael while making the necessary repairs to fix my leaking air conditioning unit were as good as it gets when seeking this kind of help. I give the highest recommendations to this company.

    The person who is driving with the license plate UMB-6103 was driving aggressively and recklessly. He tailgated me even though I was going over the speed limit, I switched lanes to the right to get away from him, he then proceeded to speed and cut in front of me in the right lane to which he break checked me several times. I then went in the right turn lane to get away from him and then he purposely cut lanes and stopped abruptly in the middle of the lane to get me to crash into him. I hope this isn’t who you want to represent your company vehicle. This man should not have a license and I will follow up with authorities.

    Out of town owner of rental property where heat pump went out in late December. Contact was made on Saturday . They came in and evaluated on Sunday. New heat pump installed next day with minimal disruption to tenant. All done over the phone.
