Fairfax Heating and Cooling is a great company to work with. Michael Bitter is very honest and took the time to discuss the items that needed repaired, even did researched before the appointment. I would highly recommend them.

I found Fairfax Colling and Heating from a google search, and I am so glad I did! I called them frantic this morning with no AC on the hottest day of the summer (mind you the day before a holiday), with about four house guest coming tonight. I needed AC back, and quickly. The lady answered my phone call and immediately sent someone out to fix. AC is up and running after a quick capacitor replacement and my house guest and myself can sleep comfortably tonight because of this company. So quick, so informative, and reasonably priced. I will call them anytime I have another problem!

Very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship. Mike came out and gave me a quote that was VERY competitive for the job. My father has 40 years in the industry, so I was easily able to validate the prices quoted for parts and labor. I got 4 quotes from other area companies and FCHC beat out the competition, including the company who maintained my system for the last 7 years. Equally important, Mike was able to fit me in and work around my travel schedule to get the job done. I am very satisfied and will recommend FCHC to friends and family. I am even contracting with FCHC for my HVAC maintenance from now on.

They helped us very last minute when we were in the process of selling our home when our AC broke. Terri and Miki were super nice and friendly in getting me an appointment...wonderful customer service. Also the guys who came to repair--Dan and Garret did such a great job and were very nice and efficient.

Thought it was just a thermostat and Miki showed up within hours and then found out it was the entire heater and did everything he could to make sure we didn't overspend and then he and his team got us a new heater in the same day. Their timeliness and customer service can not be beat. Customer as long as I am a homeowner.

I have used these folks for years and i am very happy. Responsive, timely, professional and honest for starters. I hired them originally when a competitor revommended I buy a new air conditioner condensor. I got a recommendation from a friend, called Fairfax, and they came out and restarted my condensor which still works today.

Wow...Great company and excellent service! Called them to come out and fix issues with both A/C and heating issues. Fair, Honest, and accommodated my schedule, as I needed them to show up earlier than originally scheduled. Was very pleased overall and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone. Customer service in the office was great. Helpful and accommodating. The technician however could not figure out how to use a lockbox and turned it into our problem by refusing to service the property unless met in person. In the same week several serviceman have successfully used the lockbox. Furthermore, we confirmed that it was functioning as instructed, after the technician's complaint. With no more time to waste we decided to go with someone else.

They gave a competitive rate to replace my specialty heating and AC system, and even though the specialty company didn't provide the outer cover of the system, they worked to discuss other it one it was clear it was needed and remained responsive even though they already had my money. A+, would do business with again.
