Amazing Comfort

I called American Home Shield Monday 14DEC to request service as my heat was not working. I never received any communication from Amazing Comfort to schedule service so I called them Wednesday 16DEC to schedule service. Sierra from Dispatch said the soonest appointment available was 23NOV. I informed Sierra that I work and have duty 23NOV and that date would not work as I would not be home. Sierra offered 24NOV and I said something along the lines of, ‘Thursday 24NOV Thanksgiving I’ll take it. Unfortunately 23NOV came and when I went to a place where I could receive cell service, I noticed I had an email, text, phone call and voicemail that a technician was sent to my house for service. I called, left a voicemail and texted explaining that I did not have an appointment on 23NOV but I had one for 24NOV of course no one answered or even contacted me back about any of this. When I got home 24NOV, I called multiple times and left a voicemail. I waited at home all day, of course once again there was no communication received from Amazing Comfort. I called American Home Shield to explain this incident and the female representative called Amazing Comfort but was unsuccessful and said she would leave a note in my file for this incident. I flew out of state 25NOV and returned 28NOV and called Amazing Comfort 28NOV at 0830 to explain what happened. Sierra from Dispatch went back and forth with me the entire phone conversation saying that I had an appointment 23NOV even as I explained to her that I did not, had proof of everything and suggested that someone listened to the phone transcripts of my conversation with her from when I called 16NOV as that would also back up what I tried to explain to Sierra. Her back and forth went nowhere so I asked to speak with someone else. I was placed on hold multiple times and Sierra kept answering so unfortunately I was forced to communicate with the same women who booked my appointment for 24NOV, and went back and forth with me about an appointment I did not have. I had to reschedule for 30NOV then I called American Home Shield to once again explain this incident with Amazing Comfort. What happened to me should not happen to anyone. It was very disappointing and frustrating to have had this experience and I do truly hope this incident is looked into, rectified and responsible representatives are properly reprimanded as customers should not be subjected to these types of incidents, delays and treatment.

Inexperienced employees couldn't find a leak where the coolant dispersed, ending having to replace the entire unit with a different company altogether

I have utilized this company multiple times and they have always been very professional, responsive, and efficient. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication because that gives me the confidence that my issues will get resolved. You guys are the best!!

My original problem was while the AC was on my vents barely had air flow and the air that did come through was warm. My AHS informed me my contractors would be Amazing Comfort.

I am so glad I did not listen to the negative comments about this company. I spoke with Autumn who reassured me everything would be fine. I was scheduled with Louie and he came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable from the beginning what diagnosed the problem with my AC unit. He also gave us a little education on how we can keep our unit well maintained. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services

Going through American home shield company, I was assigned this company to fix my AC unit. Usually when companies are assigned they reach out within a day or two & if not- I reach out to them ! I’ve now called numerous times trying to schedule something during their working hours and they have never once picked up their phone. We are now going on 6 days with no response, no AC being fixed and we are under a heat advisory where the feels like is supposed to be 114 degrees the next two days.
I will not use this company ever again & if ever assigned to it, I will ensure it be changed to someone else. I never write negative reviews but their inability to respond at all is blowing my mind.

Taking care of adult parents can be difficult when you live miles away. I was able to hire Amazing Comfort to go to my parents house and fix their AC in my absence; without worrying my parents about the cost of repair. This is a family owned business who remains in contact with their customers and give honest opinions on repairs needed. No upsell, and no over pricing. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to my friends and family.
