I HIGHLY recommend Home Energy Savings Specialist, Keith Fleming to ANYONE who needs HVAC work! He is indeed a Specialist - yes, with a capital 'S' - because he's honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, and reasonable! Not just reasonable price-wise, but reasonable in understanding that some people may need time to prepare for big expenses, like purchasing a whole new system... which sadly, I'll soon be facing.
But Keith was able to quickly diagnose the problems and get my AC working at least for awhile until I can stash away some savings to buy a new system in the next 6 months or so. Of course I'm hoping to make this thing last, but he explained very well why I don't want to put it off too long. And he wasn't condescending or pushy or anything about selling a new system, so I know he's honest.
I just got a really good vibe from him, and knew immediately he was trust-worthy and professional. So glad I found him - as I fully intend to remain a customer!

I have been using Keith for several years now at several different properties. He is honest, very personable, comes-up with accurate solutions, and is fairly priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC repair specialist.

Repair completed through my home warranty. Keith called right back and had available appointment times that worked with my schedule. I appreciated a call when he was on his way; he was able to complete the repair quickly.

I've had several companies try to fix my HVAC through my home warranty with no luck. Keith came by once, diagnosed the problem, then came back with the part that needed repair the second time and fixed it up. Not only that, but he checked the entire system afterwards and found another leak which he quickly patched up, saving both of us time and money in the future. The company is probably super busy, as it is getting quite warm in the area, but he took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Definitely will be calling them back if I ever need help again.

Keith performed service at our home as a result of a home warranty issue, and was arrogant and hasty in his assessment of our hvac system, claiming that we just needed to replace the freon... well our air has gone out again just a week later and after some research have found that: "Freon should never need replacing or adding because it’s not used up like gas in your car. Your air conditioner is a “self contained system”, meaning Freon flows back and forth between the outside and inside unit, but it should never escape. If you’re low on refrigerant, then there’s a leak somewhere in your AC system. So you should never have a professional add more refrigerant without looking for a leak."

Keith didn't look for a leak, simply filled up the frion and moved on the next job - so he could collect a paycheck from us and the warranty company.

So, now we are back to where we started with a $300 electric bill to boot.... Do not trust this company for your home/warranty company or not. Keith has no compassion for families, and lacks professionalism and courtesy. If I could give negative stars, then I would.

Keith was busy as it was the first week of mid to upper 80s. He MADE time to fit me in. When we figured out the issue with my unit he listed all of my options and let me decide my best route giving his opinion. After an attempt at a quick fix I ultimately decided to replace my system. Keith yet again fit me in. His price was excellent and the product is great. Thanks

Keith came out within 24 hours to replace my dual zone A/C when it died. His price was well below the 3 other companies I had come out for estimates. He was upfront, homest, and followed through on everything he promised. No surprises, quality work, and an all around great guy. Highly recommend this vendor!

This "business" is just awful! Keith is very unprofessional and negligent. His incompetence caused an over 2 week delay in getting my heating/ac unit fixed and when I complained about how his delay in going to get the parts and scheduling the repair was unacceptable he hung up on me. My warranty company sent the initial part he ordered w/in 48 hrs. but he didn't look for it until almost 72 hours later. when he came back days after the part was available to repair the unit he noticed the compressor was leaking. Something he missed from his original visit. This caused more delay. When this part was ready he again was too busy to schedule for several more days. He was unwilling to prioritize the repair despite him being the reason for the delay and despite the temperatures ranging in the 80's. He purposely hung up the phone on me saying he would tell the warranty company to get someone else b/c I was annoyed that after going 16 days w/o a/c I was not willing to wait a few more days for him to schedule the repair after the part was available. Despite having to start the process over again b/c of his total unprofessionalism, the warranty company found a great repair service that came right out and the temps went down into the 60's and 70's simultaneously :-)

Keith was so annoyed I had home warranty that he was rude and abrupt from the second I opened my door. I understand it can be frustrating working with home warranty companies, but I’m still a customer and can honestly say this company does not value customer service. I could have perhaps put the attitude towards me aside - we’ve all had hard days and inadvertently take it out on other people. What really made me sign in and do a review is the fact that he took one look at the water in my AC pan, told the plumber who was also here how to fix it, and left. The plumber cleaned the pipes out but said he didn’t know what would have caused it because there was a secondary drainage line that was clear. He said it sure was a shame the AC Repair man didn’t stick around to fix it - i.e. do his job. My AC pan is filling with water again but I will not be calling Keith to look at it. He wasn’t happy to be doing his job, but he sure was happy enough to take my money.
