Very pleased with service technician and office staff. I had an emergency situation come up in unusually cold weather when I know they were very busy. I felt they went out of their way to, "fit me in". Very thoughtful and professional. I am considering replacing my aging heating system using Stokley's Services because of the excellent service treatment I have received.
Had tech Jerry come out to look at my boiler that wasn't working. He said I needed a part and that the company that made the boiler no longer existed and that it was an old boiler. I was told the technician spent about four hours searching online for the part. They suggested I buy a new boiler from them. I searched and found a possible part in five minutes and confirmed the manufacturer still existed but just no longer sold in the U.S. Unfortunately, the technician didn't get the number for the part when he examined it nor did he confirm the manufacturer. I couldn't order it without that information. I said I would meet the technician so he could get the part information that he should have originally gotten and was told the owner, Rob Shortt, would require I pay for someone to come back out. Ridiculous that I would pay for information the tech should have gotten during the first visit. When I told the owner he should have originally gotten the information, he raised his voice, and said "Whoa, stop right there!". Horrible attitude and service. Only redeeming part was Michelle, who worked with me on the phone and was polite.
Excellent service, professional employees, on time and the best prices around! I would highly recommend Stokleys for any hearing/ac service! They came out really fast when my ac broke in the middle of summer and helped me immediately without charging me a fortune. I can’t enough about them.
Rob with Stokleys donated heating/ac unit for our non profit animal rescue (Critters 4 U Rescue. AND had his very trained trained staff install the unit. They are very polite, and are animal lovers. They are very committed and professional. They even checked my AC unit in my house and did repairs to that. This is the BEST company ever. If you have any questions they are available to help.
This company takes pride in that they have been a family owned business since 1938. Well their train of thought has not changed much since 1938, with their racist, obtuse views on different ethnic & racial diversity. As evidence by their new radio media campaign on AM 790. The spokes person takes pride in "no hablo espanol". Even-though Spanish is not my first language I still take offence. Really are these business owners that narrow minded or culturally ignorant where they take pride in isolating potential customers that do not share their racial makeup?
These guys are absolutely the best, they stand behind their work, arrive on time and stay until the problem is resolved. When I had a problem with the manufacturer, they even intervened on my behalf. They certainly have earned this customer.
