Pride Mechanical Heating & AC

I highly recommend Pride Mechanical Heating & Cooling! I just replaced two split systems (upstairs and downstairs) and could not be more pleased. From beginning to end, Steve (owner) was involved in every aspect. During the initial visit, he walked me through my various options, pros and cons, without trying to up sale to a more expensive product.

On installation day, he and his team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They each had a task and went about it in the most professional way. If they ate lunch, it must have been fast because the work never seemed to stop. They were all extremely polite and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. My dog was a little tense with the different guests coming and going so each of the technicians made an effort to pat his head and put him at ease.

When they left, it was as if they were never there. All work areas were cleaner than when they started! I have had fairly good experiences with "bigger" HVAC companies in the past but I am so glad I ended up going with Pride Mechanical for this major purchase. The cost was substantially below the competition for the exact same product. Couple that with the high quality of work and you cannot beat them. I am now a lifelong customer. I found Pride mechanical on google. I needed an ac repair as start up and shut off were very loud. Turns out my capacitor was going bad. That was fixed with some rattling issues also in the unit. I'm very happy with the service and professionalism. Signed up for the maintenance plan. Definately recommend.

I had my venting lines flagged by the city for both my hot water heater and furnace. I had been given the run around by another company and after a week of no hot water I called 11 companies. This guy was my last call before I gave up. It was friday afternoon to make matters worse. My tech came out and replaced all this and was done in a couple of hours. I can't say how much I appreciated this! Hot water, especially with moving and little kids, is something I'm so grateful for! Thank you!!

Our heater wasn’t working. Called and got an appointment first thing the next morning. The owner and someone who looked like he was in training arrived. They wore little footies so they don’t drag mud in the house. Nice touch. Got the heater working in no time. Said it was some debris build up and recommended running the heater during the summer once in a while to keep it clear.

Travis comes off as Super friendly and trusting. Totally comfortable with him in my home.

I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Pride Mechanical. They were very reasonable for pricing, prompt for appointments scheduled, responsive and accommodating of our needs. Communication was great and they cleaned up after themselves. Great customer service.

We had a great experience with Pride Mechanical. They sent out a technician named Travis K. who showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. The work performed was top quality and the value was great. We plan on using pride mechanical for all our heating and cooling needs.

After dealing with 3 other companies that American Home Shield sent that did absolutely nothing for the same issue we had every year for 3 years we said forget AHS & called on Pride Mechanical to handle our issue being that they did amazing work at or last residents years ago. They are very reliable, friendly, knowledgeable & get the job done with amazing results.

We just had HVAC installed in our home. Ducts and all. Steve, Jeremy, and Brad were amazing!! They answered every question we had and were very willing to explain anything we didn't understand. Travis the tech showed up on time despite the heavy rain. Did his magic on the exterior AC unit and the result was very good. He'll come back to do a thorough maintenance on the entire HVAC system in the near future. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.
