CasMech Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration, LLC.

1 star is too much. This company was hired by my home warranty company (hwc). They misdiagnosed the issue causing the hwc to deny my claim. I followed up with my usual HVAC company and another company for good measure, neither of whom found the issue CasMech found. CasMech showed up and didn't even have a screwdriver, that shouldmhave been a sign. Now I'm out over $1500 for an issue my hwa should have paid no thanks to CasMech.

I made a claim with my home warranty (CHW) on Sunday August 22. It is now August 30th and they have yet to fix the AC. I've called multiple times and even left voice mails with no response. I have two young children and three animals having to live in this 82 degree house. CHW is still waiting for a breakdown of price from when they came last Thursday August 26th. CHW has also tried reaching out to them with no response about this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This company was hired by my home warranty company (CHW). They never showed up. Said they would both times I called to see why they missed the 4 hour appointment window. Both time they said they we be at the house. They never showed up and never called. I had to call them.

This company was hired by Choice Home Warranty to service our HVAC unit. We waited at home yesterday from 11am to 3pm and they did not show up. They did not answer the phone (called four times) and the voice mail is full. Good times....

Awesome came at the time they say they was coming my Hvac needed to be replaced I was told they
be here between 8am to 10am they was here at 8:10am right on schedule

Scam artist sent to me by choice home warranty. Avoid at all costs. Him and choice home warranty.
