This company was so professional and worked well with us and our home warranty. The warranty company drug their feet, yet the owner of this company called them for us, checked in on our system and when he received it, made us a priority.
His team worked hard and even overtime to get us up and running. We appreciate them.
Highly recommend and the owner cares about his customers and his work!

This company did not call before a holiday weekend when they received my work order from a home warranty company on a Thursday. I view this as an extreme lack of professionalism given I am experiencing heater problems during the coldest week of the year. Additionally, the mailbox for the provided phone number is full. If it takes 4 days simply call a customer to schedule an appointment I find it difficult this company will be able to accommodate any emergency issues.
Open to changing my review but given the lack of contact from the company and a non-functioning voicemail I will leave this rating as a 1 Star until someone can actual make a phone call and schedule an appointment.

I called CasMech a few days before my appointment to reconfirm. Chantal did my seasonal tuneup quickly and professionally. She explained what she was doing. In the future I want my home warranty company to use them for me.

My heater had stopped working on Tuesday, Feb 15, 2022 late that night; I have a home warranty and CasMech was the authorized service. The owner, Mr. Casper called and confirmed his earliest appointment which was that Thursday. He sent out Technician Chantelle who came in and promptly went to work on our issues. She answered all my questions and explained some other things that she was doing. Due to the part that I needed was very fragile, the actual attempt to 3 times because the first two times, the piece broke. Chantelle drove twice to the warehouse to pick up my part. She came back and installed the piece and my house, thankfully had heat. It was the coldest nights, I might add. We were very happy. Well, guess, what, something made the unit just turn off and would not start. This was on early Saturday morning. I quickly contacted Mr. Casper again and he stated that he would have someone first thing that Monday morning. Well this time, it was Technician Elmer and he came in and found that I had no power going to my unit. He did his trouble shooting and explained to us his findings. He then repaired, what was a lose wire to my emergency cut off switch. He replaced it and ran the diagnostics and again we are happy because it is working. I normally try and leave a review when it is deserved. I believe that customer satisfaction was an all time high. So here is to Mr. Casper, Chantelle and Elmer. Thank you all for getting us back to where we were. I would recommend this company for any needing assistance in their specialty. Salute!!!

Cashmech was assigned to our house from 2-10 home warranty. (2-10 is HORRIBLE to work with). We were without A/C from 05/21/22 to 06/23/22. Cashmech kept us in the loop during all of 2-10’s shortcomings and even conferenced is in on a call with 2-10 so we could hear their contradictory information first hand. Once Cashmech received the A/C unit, he came with his crew and worked until 9:30 p.m installing it and making sure it was working. To add to it, out second air unit began to malfunction while he was there. The problem was diagnosed before he left, again 9:30 p.m. A tech was sent out first thing the next morning and the second unit was repaired at no charge. Carsmech is very busy and his phone is always ringing and I observed him answering and talking to customers while working on my unit. Hard working home grown man that does solid work. Highly recommend them!!

Chantelle was great. Very courteous, professional and explained the issue with my heating unit. Repair was made in timely manner and they even came earlier than expected. I have heat now, so I’m happy! I also spoke with Joe over the phone who was pleasant as well. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend Mr. Casper's service to all of my associates and family ! My AC was out for 2 months before I was referred to him. I tried two different companies, one said it would be 3 weeks before an appointment. And the other just wanted to sell me a new unit. His team were able to diagnose my problems and got me up and running ! I can not thank them enough !!!

The technician was top notch, very friendly and informative and went above and beyond to remedy my issue quickly. Having no knowledge HVAC systems, I felt comfortable and confident in the technician and the repairs performed. She was honest and timely in repairing the problem.

I filed a claim with my home warranty (chw) on Monday and they assigned this company to my issue to show up on Friday between 11-3p. I didn’t even think to read the reviews, otherwise I wouldn’t have put so much faith into this. I had to miss work to sit around at home for these people to show up. Not only did they miss an entire four hour window, they denied my phone calls. All five of them. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. I contacted my home warranty around 4, and first I was the technician would “contact me” during their business hours, once again I hear nothing so I contacted my warranty company again and they told me the technician said they “missed my appointment due to weather conditions” and would contact me “soon” at 8pm. Hours after closing. Don’t trust this company.

Don't let the bad reviews deter you from using casmech! They do a really great job and are honest people! Mr Casper is great and won't steer you wrong. Highly recommend using them !
