Austin and his team are fantastic! They beat another bid I got for an a/c unit by 30%. Both times I have needed them they have fit me in within days when other companies told me weeks. Polite, professional, knowledgeable ...I recommend them without reservation!

These guys are great! I've used them for many years and always had great experiences. They're busy but they always take good care of me and have always been well priced, responsive and honest. We have used Alta Air for many years for all of our repairs on furnace and AC units and we have been loyal customers.
Our AC unit broke down yesterday (Friday) and we called immediately at 10 am. The customer service told us that they will dispatch it as emergency to the technician, who should call us very soon to schedule an appointment for the same day. NO ONE called. I called again at 2 pm. I was told the same thing, again, NO ONE called. Then, I had to call again at 4 pm, because I was afraid that our AC will not get repaired before the weekend. This time I was upset, because I was told the same thing. However, I wanted to know why is no one calling us back. At that time, the representative said that they can come on TUESDAY. It was unacceptable that they did not tell me that at 10 am, but instead, they were just promising that someone would call and we should wait for their call. My best guess is that they knew all along that they cannot come that day, but they did not want to lose the call/business. All I wanted, from my first call, is to know if someone can come that day or next, or NOT. But, now, it was 6 hours later, Friday afternoon.
The worse part is that the customer service/person who answered my 3rd call hang up on me. I called immediately back, different person answered, took my name and told me that the supervisor will call me that evening on the next morning. That did not happen, and frankly, I doubt that they will call me back.
This company deserves 0 starts, but 1 is the lowest I can choose.
Very unprofessional. Who hangs up on a customer who is asking "Why did you not tell me the first time I called that no one is able to come and repair my AC for 4 days?".

I called a different company and they came the next day and repaired our AC. We will NEVER EVER use Alta Air again, and we will tell everyone about our terrible experience!!!

We use Alta Air for our company and I have used them at my home and they are the best. They are always responsive and professional. I have never had a problem with them. I will keep using them for my future needs.

Been using them for years to maintain my a/c system. Easy to schedule, on time show up, qualified informative technician, and thorough review of our A/C system without the upsell pressure. Would recommend them to my friends & family.

Have used Alta Air for my primary residence, along with rentals, have always been professional, reasonably priced, and most important to me, they answer the phone/call back! Would HIGHLY recommend Alta Air and will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!!!

I personally have been so impressed. Rick from Woods cross Alta air went above and beyond to help me with my heat, he called to make sure multiple times I was taken care of. Also Joe who was one of the technicians was so friendly and Great, he helped solve the unsolvable issue with my furnace. I will always use Alta Air! They were AMAZING to work with!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They charge crazy high prices and then bate you by stating they'll cut the price in half if you pay 169.00 fee for their premium service which drives the price right back up to what it was at originally. I called complaining about how they charged 472.00 to clean the secondary heat exchanger. The tech was there for maybe an hour and all it took was two screws to remove the blower and at which he borrowed my drill to help diagnose the problem faster. Took all of 5 minutes. I felt as if they took advantage of the customer and the situation. After speaking with Alta Air they claimed they'd make it right and issue a refund $200.00 of the 472.00 They charged my credit card on 7/17 and here we are 8/16 and no refund. I went to their office today to ask for a check and the individual stated it was just barely mailed on Friday August 12th. It’s now August 16, 2016 and still no check. They have been stringing me along and led me to believe it’s going to be mailed.. I'm not sure how a business with such poor business practices can stay in existence. If you don't mind grotesque prices and horrible customer relations Alta Air is for you.
