North Star HVAC

North Star participated in bidding for a pretty big construction for our property. Based on their name and reputation, we went with North Star. However, they subcontracted it to a brand new company run by South American immigrants with little experience for the actual work, which went really badly. I'm sure it saved them money to use cheaper labors, but we paid premium trusting North Star to deliver quality services, so this was absolutely not acceptable. If you ever do business with them, make sure to check every detail to make sure that you won't be cheated like this.
