Jared is awesome to work with! I was looking to install AC, and I ended up needing a new furnace as well. I am so glad I found Jared! He is amazing. He truly does great work, which in my case involved problem solving and then cleaning out the condensate drain (pipe) that was clogged on my A/C system as well as service it. He also installed a new thermostat. He is very competent, personable, fair and honest. I highly recommend Jared with Air-Craft for all you HVAC needs!

Jared was fantastic! He was able to fit us into a very busy schedule and completed the repairs within 24 hours... even with having to track down the necessary parts. Jared did yearly maintenance on our heater for us. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the equipment to me and clearly communicated the work he would be doing. He suggested that one part needed to be replaced and he gave a good explanation of why and then immediately went to the store and purchased it when he found he didn’t have it in stock. He will be doing the maintenance on our AC in spring too. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Jared was wonderful. He was so friendly and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He has fantastic customer service and was great with my dog. He is highly respectful and would stand back away from the door as I opened it as well as making sure to wear guards on his shoes while inside my home and vacuuming up the insulation from the floor.
