Furnace went out, and they got here fast (<1 hr) to fix it. Explained to me what went wrong and got it fixed and running again quickly. And this was after 4pm when I called.

This is the second time we have used this company because they are very responsive to their customer’s needs. We did have a small issue, but they were able to get it resolved quickly.
