When our 90 year old boiler finally died, we decided to replace our whole HVAC system, including installing duct work. This is one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Don and his crew were efficient, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves every day. What I really appreciated was how well they communicated, letting me know how and when things were going to be done, and making sure we understood how to get the most out of the new system we had installed.

This HVAC company is a little gem. If you have a boiler, these are the folks that should be taking care of it. Walter and Holden have over 50 years of combined experience yet still are enthusiastic about their work. I learn a ton every time they come to service. Knowledgeable, friendly, they keep my system in tip-top shape. A lot of companies SAY they understand boilers - these guys really do. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We had furnace issues after a poor installation by another company. Select Comfort Systems came out, diagnosed issues and corrected the installation. Walter trouble-shot the unit until we were finally able to enjoy our new furnace. Walter is a professional and a genius. He educated us through the whole process and is a true master of his craft. I had some serious issues with the initial service from Select Comfort but the owner, Rick, stepped up and worked with us to make it right. We chalked it up to bad communication and got to a solution that works for everyone. Rick and his team brought a good attitude and got the problems solved with creativity.

We had our AC and furnace replaced. Upgraded as well.
Install team showed up on time and finished the job in one day. They put protective cloths on the carpet and did a wonderful clean up when they were finished. Also hauled away the old furnace and AC equipment, I would definitely do business with this company again, will recommend them to family and friends.

In short order he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it and got everything all put back together. He was friendly and pleasant while getting the job done. Best of all the price was very fair. I couldn’t recommend them anymore!
