Select Comfort Systems Heating & Air Conditioning

Our 25 year old furnace finally died on us and we called Select Comfort for a quote. They sent someone out to take a look within an hour, gave us a very reasonable quote, and had their installer, Don, come out the next day. The whole process was extremely professional and I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services.

Select Comfort has serviced all of our HVAC systems at all of our homes over the past 11 years. Each time we move, getting them in is top of our list. They are the experts when it comes to maintenance, diagnosing, repairing, or replacing any systems, and Walter is definitely "the HVAC whisperer!" They are very budget conscious, and priced fairly. Highly recommend!!

As a property manager I always need a company I can count on to take care of issues quickly. Select Comfort has excellent customer service and they do a great job for a fair price.

Honest company, precise and quick with the repair. They were thorough, gave me my options and the price before fixing my AC. The only issue I had was they added a "diagnostic" fee for figuring out the problem at 89.00... Which only took 10-15 minutes...Then charged the labor it took to fix it on top of that. I think if they're fixing something and charging for labor I shouldn't get a separate fee for them to diagnose the problem. But that was my only issue!

I understand that select comfort has had a experiences with my landlord that were not so pleasant, but this was no excuse for the receptionist to treat me the way she did. Tanya seems to overstep her role as a front desk personnel and can get quite pushy with a customer. 1) she didn't schedule our first appointment because she assumed we wouldn't pay the $72 charge 2) I rescheduled for the following day at noon, I got a phone call at 8:30 the morning of from Tanya telling me that a technician would be at my house in a few minutes. I scheduled my day around this noon appt and 8:30 was an unrealistic time for me, but she told me that there was nothing that could be done and that was the only time that the tech could get out to me. After arguing back and forth she finally sided with the customer and allowed me to have the noon appt like I had scheduled the day before. Jeremy our technician was great and had our ac working in a Jiffy! I give his service a 10

Select Comfort and their mechanic did an excellent job for us. Very happy with the result and the Lennox system works very well in the hottest temperatures so far this year.
