A true professional that understands the needs of his customers. Arrived extremely quickly, identified the problem immediately, and worked a temporary solution until the parts would arrive. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a time of need for a major appliance. I will absolutely use Scott Heating and Air again in the future, if we need HVAC assistance.

Blower motor went out and he came to look at it that day. Found out we needed a whole new furnace because the heat exchanger was corroded. He got us a whole new system for a great price and did it quickly. Highly recommend.

So disappointed with this company. Their reception never once answered the phone and when I called the emergency number (because we had sewage back up coming into our home) Cecil Scott was rude and short and basically told me not to call this number and call the receptionist. When I told him I already had SEVERAL times and no one will answer the phone he then went on to tell me that basically it wasn't his problem!!!!! Guess what it is because you just lost my service.
So glad I decided to call our home warranty and have them switch it to someone else who actually did take it seriously and had a much better customer service. Never will I call this company again. I made sure the home warranty knew as well how hard it was to try to work with this company. And how rude they are.

Worse costumer service, I have submitted a request through my insurance to get my AC unit fixed and so they had Scott heating and Air to come look at it. I got a call yesterday and I was at work and couldn’t answer it I called back as soon as I could and I was told that because they didn’t set up an appointment when they first called that I am not being sent somewhere else that a different company will help because Scott heating didn’t want to wait for me to call them back. It hasn’t even been 24 hrs and I got pushed away, these people don’t care about what’s going on in your home. I will never recommend anyone to this company, now I have to call my insurance and find out who they are going to use to help us since Scott decided to kick us off.

Excellent service. Professional and courteous. I have used Scott Heating and Air, Inc twice for when my AC/furnace stopped working. Both times they quickly found out what the problem with my furnace was and repair was done promptly. The first time the blower wheel had blown apart and had to be replaced. The second time the flame censor was found corroded and dirty and just needed to be cleaned. The lady at their office who schedules the appointments was very nice and even called me to let me know that they were on the way. I would recommend using Scott Heating and Air, Inc and will use them again when needed. TMA Lindquist

Not all heroes wear capes, and Cecil is the definition of that! He was sent out by our apartment management to repair our unit, and he has worked tirelessly to help us, I sincerely appreciate everything that he has done. He even noticed a problem and alerted us to a potential danger. He is a great guy, with an even better work ethic.

Excellent service at reasonable price. Mr. Scott took care of our "preseason AC tuneup" and offered some very good suggestions (and thorough explanations) about how to deal with a bedroom that was always too hot. I ran Mr. Scott's suggestions by a mechanical engineer friend and Mr. Scott's analysis was spot on. Price was very reasonable as well.

Honestly the service was not great. they told me they had to order the new furnace ok fine. but a month goes by and I had to call them and they thought they had put it in already, so we schedule an appointment. the installer comes spends over 6 hours taking the old one away and installing the new one but can't finish the job so we reschedule for another time to finish. their receptionist called me saying she has to reschedule for earlier the same day that I was scheduled, I was fine with that. the day comes and no show. so I call again and she tells me that im not on the schedule when she's the one I talked to. so we set up another time for them to come. no show. finally when we called them again we got an emergency appointment for that day and we asked if the tech could bring us our origional invoice. she said of course. the guy shows up no invoice so we call while they are finishing the job she says I'll email it. an hour later no email. you think its over after that but when I call to pay them my portion first day no answer strait to voicemail all day so I leave 2 messages several hours apart. second day I get voice mail but wow I get a call back but she's not at the desk she's on errands so she'll call me back in an hour to get my payment. NO CALL back. I call the next business day and they can't find my invoice so they say again we will call you back. 2 hours later no call so I call them no answer.

He came a day early, worked with the home warranty company, and replaced our air conditioning condenser. Without the home warranty and Scott Heating and Air working with them I'm sure this would have been way more expensive. I would recommend them.

Set up a time to get central air didn’t keep he’s Time did’nt bother him for a whole day and a half Finally called him told him I wasn’t very happy Then he hung up on me so I think I’m gonna report it to the Better Business Bureau very rude and not honest with his word.
