I highly recommend choosing PerfectTemp HVAC for any help with your heating and air conditioning problems! Brandon was extremely kind and very helpful at helping me diagnose my furnace problems. Not once did he try and push me into paying for services to fix the problem I was having with my furnace. Instead, he gave me tons of good information about how I can try and troubleshoot my furnace and fix it on my own. I haven't experienced this great of customer service from any other HVAC company that I've worked with!

I got an air scrubber installed by Brandon today. I don’t know if it’s placebo effect or if this air scrubber works super fast but my nose is clearer than it has been in...I don’t know how long. I could actually smell the weather and the undertones in the soap when I washed my hands. Well worth the money. Perfectemp has also serviced our AC in the past as well as some maintenance for our gas fireplace. I would highly recommend Perfectemp for all of your HVAC needs. Had another great experience with Bradon and Mike. They helped us last year with a new furnace and a/c. We since moved and they just helped us with upgrading from a swamp cooler to central air. Brandon was very detailed with his quote, it was also lower than others we received too. Mike and his team did a wonderful job on the installation. They came across a few duct issues that were unforseen that they handled without a problem for us. The really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before they considered their work completed. I strongly recommend them and will be using them again with any HVAC future needs.

Brandon was amazing to work with! I needed my Hvac done in my unfinished basement, and Brandon was able to give me a bid AND finished the project all within a couple of days. I highly recommend! The work they did on my basement was very well done. Thanks guys!!

I give this company a 5 star because, after calling 12 other company's, 80 miles east from Ogden, UT. Perfect Temp was the only company that would come to Randolph, UT. They gave me a really good deal and the furnace has never stopped working perfectly. This last winter 2018 we had heavy snow and very cold temps -22 but our house stayed a comfy 52 degrees when we was not there and 68 when were there because the installers programed our thermostat to our request. Can not thank them enough.

I had a roof install happening at my house, and at the last minute decided that I wanted my furnace vents (flues) moved to another part of my roof. I called around a lot, but no companies were going to be able to get out before the roof was done. Once of the companies I was talking to ended up referring me to Brandon at PerfecTemp (props to them as well for being good enough to refer me). They were able to get to my house, get the new flues installed (they look amazing), and also installed a few shower vent terminations for me. The work was well done, they were fair priced, and a joy to work with. I now have a GO-TO company for all my HVAC work.

I just had PerfecTemp HVAC instal a ductless mini split at my business. 1. They were the only company after a few calls that I talked with a technician who could answer questions and not an office person up front. Upon inspection of the unit Brandon tested the pressure and found several leaks in the system. He ended up replacing all the factory flares on the lines in a timely manner and honest cost. I will be using PerfecTemp HVAC for all future needs and recommend to all.

PerfecTemp was contracted through my home warranty company, but if I ever need service after my home warranty expires, I'll definitely be calling PerfecTemp HVAC!
About 2 months ago, I had another HVAC company come out to do a repair on my A/C and the other company took shortcuts which resulted in the A/C breaking again after only 45 days. Brandon with PerfecTemp came out and pointed out what the other HVAC company did "wrong" and took the time to explain the underlying problem and to fix the problem. The fix required that he order and pick up a part and return the following day. He was up-front about when he would be able to return and the work required. He also made recommendations to improve efficiency and increase the life of my A/C. 10/10 would recommend PerfecTemp to my friends, family, and strangers!

After getting the run-around from our home warranty company, it was such a relief to work with PerfecTemp. They were real advocates for us in getting the parts that we needed. And when it came to the actual work on the unit, they did a great job. I would use them again any time. Brandon, in particular, is a real superstar!
