Excellent customer service!! Ive never had a repair company of any kind on time until today!! Borrows showed up right on time, actually i think it was 4 min early!! They called me back and got me scheduled right away, showed up early/on time. Found the problem with my ac quickly and fixed it. Then the nerve wrecking part came.. Price.. Super affordable and very fair!!

Terrible company I needed a new boiler they came out in a timely manner to install it but it needed to be passed of by Ogden city the first installation was July 8 it is now October 1 and it is still not fixed and still not passing inspection. They have came out and charged but still haven’t been able to fix the issues even after seeing the inspectors exact list on what needs to be fixed. Communication is terrible and they will not own up to mistake made by them. I will never be using this company again.

Extremely pleased with this company. Prompt same day service. Adam had my AC running in 45 minutes. He checked my furnace, replaced the filter, set the timer on my thermostat. He was efficient and kind. The price was very fair. So happy I called Burrows after sweltering in the heat all day Sunday.

We really appreciate how Burrows Heating and Air followed through and took care of our HVAC problem that seemed too complicated for other companies.
