We had Garrett come out to get a second opinion on repairs. I was using another heating repair company that was charging an obscene amount of money. Garrett came out and was extremely nice and not pushy trying to sell me services. He explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate that was less than half of what the other company was charging. He then cleaned the heating system (which if you have dogs and live in UT you know that it was filled with dust and dog hair) and worked very hard to make it look spotless. I know what it looked like before the cleaning and I was absolutely shocked at how well he was able to clean it. He also explained everything he was doing in a way that I could understand. I will definitely use them again. Trustworthy, hardworking and honest!

Great experience with Scott Hale. Jesse B. was so friendly and easy to communicate with. He kindly explained why our disposal was leaking and why the water heater expansion tank should be replaced. I did not feel talked down to or bullied into repairs. His work was incredibly quick and very clean. Jesse seemed to genuinely care about our home and keeping the plumbing parts working. I take appreciate his friendly, professional demeanor. Looking forward to working with Scott Hale in the future.

Don, Ryan, Jesse and Axel were great. They were so professional and nice. They answered all our questions and worked until they found the problem and then fixed it. They shared their knowledge and we felt very comfortable with using them and we had a good experience. We would not hesitate to use this team again.

We suddenly had no AC just as the heat wave hit SLC. The reviews for Scott Hale were good so we went with them. The news was just about as bad as it could’ve been. We elected
to have the old AC replaced, instead of worked on. I felt like Tyler was honest and professional, and have good answers to our questions. Installation is tomorrow, more to follow.
So after a crazy day, Jesse and Adrian of Scott Hale Air Conditioning were so awesome. Super patient, answered a ton of my questions, and very easy to work with. They did a great quality job, were super neat as they did their work, and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and the company. AC is rocking now. Take that, summer.

We had our furnace replace by then a few years ago. Luckily had always purchased the right filters (actual size 15-½x24-½x¾). They had said 16x25x1. Turns out when trying to use another filter that is actually 16x25x1 it will not fit. Have not been happy with where they placed the filter side as well. I wish they could have given the accurate sizing when writing it down.

We had a problem with our AC unit and Garrett arrived promptly and proceeded to work through the diagnostic professionally and thoroughly. He called Gage who came and helped him resolve our issues. They were patient and listened to my concerns and gave me every possible option to resolve the issue. Their kindness and sense of humor was greatly appreciated as I have anxiety and was stressed. I will definitely be using Scott Hale in the future. They were honest and fair.

Michael Ryan met me at my mother’s house and efficiently did a complete maintenance check of her AC. He was polite and pleasant and great to work with. I had asked for the latest available appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I would use this service again.

One of the best experiences I have had with anyone working on anything in my house. Super responsive, great office communication and able to line up times incredibly well. Can not speak more highly over their tech! (Jordin Ballard) was on time, professional and seemed like he genuinely cared for the customer and provided top notch service even through my frustrations and mini rant.

We had Justin and another associate from Scott Hale come out to replace our AC and furnace. They did excellent work and worked quickly in the almost 100 degree heat, which we were grateful for.

My only disappointment was that they scratched up my wall and floor when they removed the old system, which I now have to fix. They also got rust from the old unit on my carpet, which hopefully I can remove. I didn't notice this until after they had left. In the future, I wish they would be more careful and not cause damage to my house.
