I noticed a faint smell of gas on Friday afternoon, right before a Holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. He didn't find a leak, and the smell went away, but he didn't make me feel like I was a crazy person for calling them in. Their service fee to come out was also very reasonable. I was so pleasantly impressed. Thank you!

In spring of 2022 we wanted to add air conditioning to our existing central heating system. After getting 3 bids for the job, William & Bernadette at Efficient Systems were the best by far. Pricing, communication & timing was outstanding from start to finish. Thanks to them we were able to have a comfortable summer.

They were there right on time and worked hard to replace my old furnace and central air. William is friendly and easy to work with and does a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up and checked to make sure everything was working well. The final cost was as stated and was a great price. I am glad we called them. They have a great warranty too.

After using another provider for years their service and cost quickly went downhill once they were purchased by a national company, so I wanted to look for a good local company. I found Efficient Systems after comparing companies and I couldn't be happier with choosing them. William is the BEST, it's nice having the same technician come out everytime for my annual maintenance on cooling and heating. He doesn't try and upsale things that don't need to be changed. I just replaced TWO furnaces and TWO air conditioners. I had original units from 1983. I collected four bids. Efficient Systems was the best price and had the best customer BY FAR. The technicians had their work cut out for them as all my equipment is in two attics. It’s was probably over 150 degrees up there! They were very accommodating and patient. They were quick to start the install and get us cooled off. I was so happy to have it all complete before the heat waves of July and September hit. The office staff is very kind. The technicians are prompt and kind. They show up when they say they’ll show up. I feel they are very honest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are a terrific company and HIGHLY recommend them.

The technician was able to come over day of and fix our heating issue promptly. He was professional, knowledgable, and made sure to do multiple tests prior to leaving to ensure it was working accurately. Their team called the next day to make sure it was still working. Great service overall!
