When I called I expected them to tell me they couldn't come out for a few days, but they came just a few hours later! Jesse was very friendly and helpful. He worked very quickly and efficiently! If needs be we will definitely use Scott Hale Plumbing again!

Tyler and his associates did a fabulous job removing my existing furnace and air conditioning unit and replacing them. I was in awe at his skills. Removed the old furnace and all of the connections in record time. He then installed the new unit and subsequent connections perfectly. Don't think there's anyone out there that can out perform him when it comes to this task. You won't be disappointed!

Scott Hale originally installed our A/C and Furnace 6/2016. We had them out because it wasn't blowing cold or with the normal force, we figured any repairs would be under warranty.
Technician arrived, spent about an hour testing the blower, condenser and evaporator. He was stumped and had to call another technician at his company. After another 1.5 hours of troubleshooting he decided he needed to test the coolant in the system. Notified us he didn't have equipment in this truck, had to leave to go get his equipment. Came back about 1.5 hours later, tested system, told us it was low and would attempt to fill the system. While doing so he said he believed he identified a coil leak and would need to go to standard plumbing supply to get some stop leak (Stop leak on a system still under warranty!!!!). He disappeared again for another hour or so. Came back said they were closed, would have to come out Monday to fix it. Said he would put the system back together and we should run the fan all weekend to keep the house semi cool.
Being a little concerned about this (and our house heating up into the 80s all weekend) chatted with Scott Hale online and requested a callback. Never got a response, a call, nor did I get any text notifications of the appointments, when people were coming, or that they were on their way. (Something is wrong with their system, as I know they can reach me, I got an upsell text message after all this asking me to join their service program)
We ended up having to have a different company come out Monday morning. They arrived early, spent an hour total here, were able to identify the real issue (coolant had been leaking) and get the system refilled (added 4 lbs so previous tech couldn't have put any in). They were also able to see the first guy had actually turned off our A/C breaker before he left. Unfortunately, while they were here they also found multiple issues from the original install which should not have passed inspection/should not have been done (unit installed backwards too close to house, caps not put on service lines, duct work not sealed, warranty never sent in to Lennox, unit only piped outside for exhaust, not for intake, etc)
Josh has promised to issue a refund for the service, which I agreed was appropriate, and hope to see that come through. Your mileage may vary, this was simply our experience.
6.1.23 Follow Up and Closure - Josh did indeed issue the refund as promised. As requested from the owner, I did reach out to customer support via their website form. It has been several days with no response whatsoever. Take the entire situation, including the response and lack of follow up as you will.

I hired this company to come out and snake the drain in my bath tub because it was draining a bit slowly. I made the appointment and was quoted 49.99. The technician who came out was personable and did a good job of cleaning the drain out and returning the drainage to normal. However, when I went to pay I was charged an additional 49.99 as an "evaluation fee" which I thought was odd since he didn't actually evaluate anything. I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch to advertise one price and then double it upon completing the service, but I figured that pricing was set in the office and had nothing to do with the technician so I paid and decided to take it up with the office. When I called the office I was told that the evaluation fee was for evaluating my AC and water heater, which were not services that I asked for nor that I received. So now we've entered the territory of straight up dishonesty. Still waiting to see if I will be issued a refund for the services that I didn't actually get, but my trust in this company and the technician who came to my home are now gone.

Tyler at Scott Hale plumbing was great. He responded much faster than I expected and immediately found our water heater problem. We now have hot water for our guests who are coming when our regular plumbing company refused to help. We also now know who should be our regular plumbing company!!
