Amazing service from Preston in diagnosing my AC unit! Turned out to be a simple repair but I ended up getting a free education on the operation and care of my air system. Perfect for a first time home owner! Their diagnosis fee was very fair and covers additional issues with the unit for the next 30 days so there is real peace of mind. I can't recommend My Buddy or Preston enough!

Taylor was great—friendly, professional, efficient, etc…He clearly explained the problem and options and got my AC up and running quickly. They were the only company who could get a person out the day I called. Highly recommend.

The technician, Dustin, was the complete professional. He answered all our questions, showed us the issues, and explained our options. He also went as far as to humor our son, who loves anything with wires or motors.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but having a technician over was the highlight of the day because of how Dustin treated us and my son.

Taylor came in for an HVAC tuneup before the summer heat rolls in.

As a first time homeowner, maintaining the various systems in a house feels archaic and unfamiliar. Taylor explained everything he was looking for in the tune up, what the various systems do and the affects of wear and tear. He gave an excellent diagnosis that the uninitiated could understand and explained what maintenance needed to be done and what could be done, budget permitting.

We arrived at a solution that fit my budget and would keep my 11 year old AC running for at least another couple years. Happy with the service provided and will definitely request Taylor again next time.

My Buddy is a lifesaver! Shawn M. specifically was AMAZING and helped to fix our hvac system within twenty minutes. Our house was unbearable (over 80 degrees,) and Shawn had it at a bearable level within hours after fixing it. I highly recommend my buddy!
