Prestige Air recently replaced our HVAC system. Excellent service and great crew. They accomplished a large amount of work in an extremely reasonable time frame. Very satisfied, job well done!!!! Clean up by us after they left was a bare minimum they were so thorough!

After no responses from 4 other companies, Chris immediately answered my call for “help”. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience, followed by emails and texts to confirm and remind me of the appointment date & time. He even texted when he was on the way to my home. Besides being one of the most personable repairman I’ve had in my home, he was also the most knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to explain the cause and resolution for the issue with my AC. He even used an app to send me pics since I’m unable to safely climb the attic stairs. I can’t say enough about how professional he was and how pleased I am to have found a reliable HVAC company here in Wylie. Crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my next maintenance checkup!
Just received my first gold maintenance check and it was so worth it. Chris sent pictures during the checkup for both the outside unit and the component in the attic. Additionally, he alerted me of possible critters in the attic eating the insulation and I immediately called All Pest Management! Chris said he will return to repair the duct insulation when my critter issue has been resolved. I can’t say enough about my local Wylie support and care!

I needed a new EVAP coil. Chris and his team provided a great service. The team replaced my busted coil with a new one in just a few hours. I later received a extended warranty via email on the new coil because they registered the coil on my behalf. Very courteous and professional. Thanks again Chris!

It seemed a bit humid in our house so we called Prestige Heating and Air to come check our AC unit out. Scott was great, very professional, talked me though everything he was doing. Going forward we'll be using Prestige Heating and Air for all of our temperature needs.

I had 3 technicians in total come out to assess our unit. Chris was timely, professional and answered every question. He is also the only one to come out of the attic with pictures to explain what he saw and why he suggested what he did. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his team are great! We’ve used them twice now and are always on time and professional. I trust him and his diagnosis and don’t feel like they take advantage of the situation. We called prestige heating and air to come look at our old AC unit. Chris was not only extremely professional and on time, but he also was very upfront and honest about what was going on with our system and what needed to be done. He took the time to to explain everything to me to make sure I understood the situation. What we had expected was true, we needed a new AC system. He was very reasonable on price, and I didn't feel that he was trying to sell us on more than what we needed. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all! The day of our installation, which they did on a Saturday morning, they showed up at our house at 7:00 a.m. on the dot, and we're done in less than 4 hours. His people were efficient and very respectful of our home and our property. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Prestige Heating and Air and absolutely recommend them to anyone we know needing AC service or installations! Well we got a air conditioning and heater system installed today by Prestige Heating and Air in the house. These guys have been top notch and so very reasonable financially and with how they carry themselves compared to other folks we have had over at the house for quotes. Great craftsmanship in their work I would definitely recommend them! The Owner Chris is an outstanding gentleman. 10\10 if you live in the Wylie area give them a call you will not regret it

These guys at Prestige are lifesavers! Our old system went down along with the furnace, and the quotes for repair from competition were looking steep. With summer about to really heat up we were just gonna wait a whole year and duke it out with portables. Luckily, we found prestige and were able to get a great quote and were treated well all throughout the process. The installers were very informative and the AC has never run better!
