My a/c was not sending cold air into the house. I called Five Star and they came out two hours after my call. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. Would rate 10 stars if I could! Mr. Childress and his team were great. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, and pride in work was refreshing. Our A/C wasn't sending cool air right before the 4th of July... Mr. Childress quickly came out, correctly diagnosed the underlaying issues, took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and had us fixed up in no time. Great service. My unit stop working in the hot summer month of July. 5 Star came out and solve my A/C problem. Brand New unit installed, explained how to maintain and operate the unit. This company is rightfully named 5-Star! I've used them several times for full HVAC replacement and installation to minor maintenance of a loud noise the unit is making. Mr. Childress runs his company with integrity. He will shoot straight with you, his pricing is very fair, and he is prompt with scheduling. Five Star replaced both my heating and air conditioning systems. They did a phenomenal job and gave a me a great price. The whole crew was very knowledgeable. D will come out and give you an honest evaluation of your issues and how to solve them. Everyone I have referred them to has been very happy with their service. He was able to keep our aircraft carriers systems running and he can do the same for your house. I would not let anyone else take care of my HVAC needs.

I have used 5 star for last 7 years. Very professional and quality service where customer is treated with respect. 5 Star always presents ways to save money, is clear how long parts should last, what is short term vs long term fix and lets customer decide. Pricing is better than competitive and a fair market average charged because of superior service. Punctual, reliable, responsive, professional and high quality work. I have multiple homes in the area and use 5-Star exclusively. They really care about not leaving someone out in the heat, or cold and will work to get you going no matter the time or day of the week. It is a veteran owned business, and while its nice to support that, I do it because the service is absolutely the best.

Our thermostat kept blowing a fuse late afternoon on a Thursday. He gave my husband a couple things to troubleshoot over the phone and when those didn’t work he showed up 30 min later on his way home. He found the issue and had the upstairs cooking in short time.

Five Star Heating and AC have replaced both of my AC units. Additionally, I use them for the yearly maintenance and check ups.

What I appreciate the most is that they have never been late nor missed an appointment. In fact, I have called once at 7 am with an issue and they arrived with in an hour, in between jobs, to check out the issue. This is a very customer first business and they have tried very hard to be accommodating.
