Chris and his team are top notch professionals that truly want what is best for the customer. They are interested in a long term relationship! We had them out to diagnose our system to add things to keep our air clean and to evaluate our system. Our house is 1 year old. We have had the company that installed our system out twice and they didn’t help.
CHRIS FOUND A SLOW GAS LEAK INTO OUR AIR FLOW!! And that the intake for fresh air wasn’t working.
The gas pipes going into our unit for heat had not been sealed and we’re not tight -
Amazing!
Such great service!! He also explained about the add on products and how a well maintained hvac does really need one. Since we have some issues we will probably still install!!

I had an issue with a new smart thermostat Chris came out and explained what the issue was and had it fixed up right away. He also made me aware of an issue I didn't know I had but instead of trying to sale me another service he gave me a solution to try myself first. Most techs Ive dealt with dont look past the issue they were called for. This young man was fantastic his professionalism top notch shop local!!!

Chris with Prestige Heating and Air is our go to man for all our A/C and Heating needs. Our heater was not working on 3/03. I called in the morning and he was able to come out and determine what was wrong. He located the part necessary and installed it that afternoon. We are always pleased with his work and the prices are a good value. He is polite and respectful.

They do excellent work and are dependable, reasonably priced, extremely thorough and professional. Best work ethic I've come across in 25 years and I highly recommend them!

Chris and his team completely removed our old, non-working unit, inside and out, installed and set up the new unit, and had it all completed and cooling in one morning. They were professional and polite and took extra precautions to keep our home clean during the process. I cannot recommend Chris enough!

I am currently writing this review from the perfectly cooled space of my den, thanks to the excellent work done by Prestige Heating & air. Going to other local HVAC companies, I was quoted literal thousands above what I paid these folks for their complete system overhaul. A huge part of my satisfaction has to do with the ease of the business process with Prestige. Here was no wasted time from the first call to the final install. This is the one stop shop I'd recommend for anyone needing HVAC.
