Knowledgeable aand experienced, they figured out my problems (poor installation and improper planning by original homebuilder) in a very short amount of time! Gave me the costs up front and even helped me out by prioritizing what absolutely needed to be done right away and what could wait for another time! I would highly recommend!!!

He was very professional and came on time. He checked the system throughly. He even gave advice on how I can keep my system cleaned and running smoothly. He did not try to up sale or get me to buy anything. Will definitely recommend.

My house all the sudden wouldn’t cool down got up to 81, I have a 3 month old in my home. He came within the hour of getting off the phone with me, very last minute when I called him 15 til 9pm on a Friday.
He came in, quickly evaluated the problem and came up with a quick solution for us to have a cool house for our daughter and ourselves.

During my lunch break, I saw Bryan’s TV interview on KSAT, I was intrigued and gave him a call as I was toying with the idea of possibly replacing my AC unit. I knew from my home inspection that my unit was not up to par with its tonnage and specs but had already accepted its mediocrity. He advertised a free estimate and seemed like he specialized in solving “peculiar” HVAC issues. He arrived and spent a decent amount of time analyzing my unit. Initially, I was thinking to my self if this was still a free estimate. Upon completion of the estimate he confirmed my system had an anomaly in its engineering that was either a faulty manufacturer defect or something possibly done to my unit before we moved in. Either way, he was able to adjust some settings working his magic to help the unit perform better and make our home more comfortable. In the end it was still an estimate and he was willing to undo his “magic” and not charge us. So I accepted his work and so far my AC has been working like its never been since we moved in a few years ago. He is truly a diligent guy who truly gives you a choice by telling you the truth and details about your situation. Although the HVAC truth may sometimes hurt and not be what we want to hear as a customer, it is truly rare to find one that will give it to you straight without any trickery! Sherlock Homes is your best option in town when you are stuck without heat or AC!

I had three previous companies come out and told me completely different issues about my AC unit and all three told me I needed a new unit. Sherlock Homes came out did a check of everything and told me he could fix the unit. I was so happy that they saved me thousands of dollars. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. The most important part of this experience was that shelock homes was honest and looked out for me. The other companies were just looking for a payday. Thanks, and I will continue to do all of my AC and heating issues with this company.
