Bryan was by far the best experience I've ever had when it comes to a service tech. He was on time even at 9:00pm. He gave me great tips on some home mantanice and was really fair when it comes to pricing. I will definitely call him back for any work I need done on my ac and heating from now on. Bryan at Sherlock Homes is truly a professional. He took the time to explain what had happed to our old unit in great detail. He talked us through several options when our AC stopped working and was patient in answering all of our questions.

We have a less than one year old HVAC system that was not running correctly. Two service companies tried to correct the issue but couldn’t. One company actually made the problem worse.

Then we called Sherlock Homes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

Bryan was knowledgeable, professional, exceedingly respectful. We appreciated the fact that he wore his mask, AND shoe covers, when entering our home to service the AC. We had never seen anyone go that far to protect our health/home and we had barely met. When consulting with us on the repair, he told us that there was a chance that there was a warranty on the part. He took it upon himself to call the manufacturer and deal with them on our behalf to secure the part and install it in the SAME DAY. To ensure that this repair and new part wouldn’t endure the same fate in a few years- he even suggested and installed a surge protector on the part. I am over the moon. It is clear that Bryan is a consummate professional and takes pride in his business and practice. Those who are lucky enough to have their AC repaired by him are in the BEST hands. I give my highest recommendation to Sherlock-Homes.

Brian of Sherlock Homes AC/Heating and Air did a FANTASTIC job helping us pinpoint the issues we were having with our HVAC unit and system. The original HVAC company when our home was built didn’t do a thorough job implementing our HVAC plan, so we eventually had serious issues due to this.

Luckily, Brian was able to assess our system and find viable and economical solutions to the issues we were experiencing. As of today, my wife and I are finally living comfortably and enjoying our home to the fullest extent. Thanks again, Brian!

Great and quick service. Bryan was able to fix my AC the day I called and at a very reasonable price. He also found and fixed issues the other companies had ignored with a detailed weight up of everything that was an issue and what was done to resolve them.

As always, I can trust and count on Bryan to find the true problem and the best solution to fix it. He came out all the way to Kyle to help me with the HVAC disaster, created by a new home builder. The adjustments/repair done, already made a huge difference. The humidity levels are down and I don't have to freeze up the downstairs so much to get some air upstairs. Even if the builder would miraculously agree to take responsibility and fix the air flow design issue for a 100% functioning system, I still would want Bryan to get it fixed. Simply amazed what Bryan was able to do compared to the previous technicians from other companies weren’t able to, very transparent with the diagnosis and fixes my 20 year old system finally gave out to say the least and Bryan was so informative you can just tell he takes so much pride in his work and double if not triple checks everything to ensure you are getting the best and lasting results. Amazing experience! Had an emergency at my business (clogged drain pipe). Water was leaking heavily. This gentleman responded literally within a minute to my text. He came within 90 minutes and fixed the job in a timely manner. This guy is passionate about his line of work and it shows. I had a previous bad experience with another HVAV company who was unethical which led me to Sherlock. I highly recommend him from one local business to another!
