C&R is amazing! Alan called before showing up. Showed exactly when he said he would. Was very friendly with my kids. Found problem, fixed problem! Explained everything! 1,000% recommend! Give him a call for all ur A/C needs!!

They were easy to contact, showed up promptly, and we're very thorough in completing the job. We talked throughout the process so I was informed of the progress. Very happy with their service and have been a long time customer.

Alan blessed our family tonight. The temperature in the house had reached 86 by the time I got home from work. Alan came immediately on a Friday evening and repaired the system. Besides his skill and professionalism, it was clear that he genuinely cared about our family's well-being. He made life-long customers tonight. I recommend he and C&R for your A/C needs. I highly recommend C&R service and Repair out of Whitehouse. So professional from the first call. Cody was very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated the communication. He called right away to let me know how many calls he had ahead of me but assured me he would definitely be out to figure it out. And then called again to let me know he was on his way. Very well spoken, courteous, kind, and professional. It’s rare these days to see such good customer service but I can see why this company has a 5 star rating. 10/10 recommend if you are having hvac issues. The temp is already dropping in my house and I won’t be taking AC for granted ever again.

I have never been more impressed with a company than I am with C & R Heating and Air in Whitehouse , Texas this week.
Alan was called at 10:00pm when our air stopped working. He came right over. He said our fan motor had gone out. (We only built our house 2 year ago so our equipment was under warranty) He put a temporary motor in that night because we have a disabled son that had surgery recently. He wanted to help.
He then called me at 7:00am the next morning and said that he was trying to find us a new motor to replace but because of the supply chain issue it was on back order. Could be months. Alan didn’t just give up. He called around and found a complete inside system that was our brand and went and bought it. He then took the board and motor off of the new one that they bought (didn’t charge us for the equipment) and installed it in our system. He said his father said when the one they ordered for me came in they would just put it in the system they purchase and then would make their money back.
I was blown away at his concern, care and commitment to helping us out when he didn’t have to. Alan…you the Man and your father is a Saint to us for what he did.
If you want integrity….look no further.

I came home from work to a terribly hot house! After working 12 hours and having 3 more 12s coming up I need sleep!! I sent a message after 10 pm about my ac not working and was called within 15 minutes. While I was waiting I did some research and realized I might just have to reset my thermostat but did that while I was on the phone with Julie Templin, the office manager, and she talked me through some things and it turns out it WAS just as simple as that. She verified with me that I had airflow before we hung up and even sent a follow up text with more trouble shooting tips for my Nest thermostat… I am very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness she showed and by how quick the response time was! Even so late in the evening! I would definitely recommend them!

Robert, the owner, came out on a Saturday with about an hour's notice to quote me for the installation of a new system in July. He was easy to work with, professional, prompt, clear about expectations, and concerned about my family surviving the heat. He listened and answered my questions very respectfully. He immediately found issues with the existing system which no other company has ever mentioned or checked. To top it off, his quote and availability for installation was very competitive.

3 years later: I had to make a service call as our unit just wasn't keeping us comfortable all the sudden. They worked me in the same day I called. Allen and Josh were super friendly and very respectful. They quickly resolved the issue with the outside unit...Absolutely fantastic service. I can not more highly recommend C&R Service and Repair.

These guys are awesome! They have officially won all my AC and heating work for the future. Through their integrity, commitment to service, and pure and simple neighborly attitude you will always be impressed with their work. They will quote you an honest price and always give you several options and recommendations. Hey, if you want your AC fixed or installed without having smoke blown up your rear call these guys. If not, sure take a chance on the other 'big name' company, but I guarantee you'll wish you had called C&R first.

When our HVAC system went out, we started asking friends which HVAC companies they prefer. Several of them sang the praises of C&R. So, we called them and I kid you not, our experience with C&R was shockingly good. They quoted us a great price, worked out an unbelievably generous payment plan for us, communicated clearly at every point in the process, and got us back up and running without a hitch. And they left our property left better than they found it. It would be hard for me to recommend them more highly. If your experience is half as good as mine, you will be thrilled that you called them.
