C&R Service and Repair

We had half the ductwork in the crawlspace replaced. The Templin’s are honest and fair in their business while exceptional at their craft. I believe I interacted with all of them at some point during the job. They weren’t the lowest bid, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for”, applies here. After an initial miscommunication and error on their part during install, they promptly made things right. 10/10 recommend this local business and will be using them again for our HVAC needs.

After our A/C stopped blowing cold, I went down the list of HVAC repair shops on Google. At 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I was responded with dozens of answering services who had no idea when the technician could come to my home. One service that I see on tv all the time said they could have a guy out at 9 pm but I’d have to pay an extra $150 for after hours service. When I called C&R, I was greeted by the friendliest man who had his tech out here within 30 minutes. He was very kind and professional and had our AC blowing cold within another 10 minutes. The price was right and service was impeccable. These guys have a new customer for life.

I cannot say enough good about these guys. I had gotten 2 or 3 estimates before I called them and Robert gave me the best estimate and I got the brand I wanted after researching-Daiken. Eric came out and explained everything in detail and he was friendly and knowledgeable. They came out and in less than a day installed my new HVAC system. EEric explained how I could do simple maintenance when I change my filter also. He answered all my questions and never seemed the least bit irritated,instead he seems to love his work.Robert was always available as well and helpful and kind. This is a top notch team and I am thankful God led me to them. PLEASE call them if you need HVAC WORK. YOU will be happy that you did. Highly recommend this family owned business! These guys will take care of you. They gave us exactly what we needed, a bigger more efficient unit and we can already tell a HUGE difference in one of our problem rooms. We are no longer hesitant to invite people to our home based on how hot it is because we now know our a/c can handle this Texas heat. If you are needing a new unit, having problems with one or just need a business change these are your guys.

Our AC went out last night (July). We called C&R and they called us first thing next morning. Our Service Tech was Girard(may have spelled it wrong). He was prompt and professional and worked hard in sweltering heat to get our system back to working. He was quick and we felt like the price was reasonable. I would recommend C&R to anyone and will definitely use them in the future! Stay cool 😎

The compressor on our condenser unit (outside) just went out. The manufacturer was originally only going to cover the compressor. These guys went to bat for us with the manufacturer, and got the ENTIRE outside unit replaced (under warranty).

I struggled for so long with excessive humidity in my house and even bought a very expensive furnace from another company (who assured me this would take care of the problem...and it did not). When I contacted Robert Templin regarding the problem, I was desperate to get the problem fixed and thought a whole house dehumidifier would be the answer. Robert worked with me, step by step, and could easily have sold me an expensive dehumidifier because I was so eager. But his goal was to help me solve the issue with my house, not to make money at any cost. The humidity problem has been appropriately addressed, and he also made sure the drain of my A/C unit drained properly.
He always arrived on time and was respectful of me and my property.
I can’t say enough good things about Robert and C&R Services. I highly recommend him. You won’t regret it!

Hot or cold, these guys have you covered! As a Christian based company I feel that I can honestly trust them in my home, and it shows in their commitment of great communication and consistent quality. I wouldn’t call anyone else but these guys for all of your A/C & Heating needs!
