Diagnosed the problem in 3 minutes fixed it in 8 and did a check up on the rest of the system within 15 and was gone by 20 all the while explaining the problem, extremely nice and quick could not have asked for a better experience easy to pay and cheaper than expected my cat and I are definitely much happier with the cold air
