Haught was contracted by my home builder to install a 14 Seer AC unit. What was installed was a 13 Seer unit. After a lot of back and forth with my builder, Haught came out to my house to replace my 13 Seer unit with the 14 Seer unit, however, on further inspection, I discovered that the tech they sent out placed a new sticker showing a different model number and serial number over the old sticker of the original unit.

We were having issues with our system. We were able to get someone out on a Friday night (~9 pm) to correct the issue.
