Haught Air Conditioning

After my AC went out I called Haught Air Conditioning. My husband had used their services in the past and was pleased with them. Within 3 hours a representative, Dave, was here to check my AC. After discussing the machine and what it would need I choose to purchase a new system which was installed the very next day! All three employees from Haught were very professional, friendly, informative and experienced. This could have been a bad situation with our high temperatures but thanks to Haught it wasn’t and we are enjoying our new A/C. Thank you guys!

Rep checked the operating system, said there wasn't any thing that it needed. However, be thinking about replacing the outside unit soon. It is not operating accordingly.
The rep was very professional and knowledgeable.
Thank you for your service again, and as soon as my son and I discuss replacing the outside unit/compressor, we will be in touch.

My son's name is on this review ecause he helped me on Google. This job has been completed after more than a month. I think the delay was caused by a lot of internal miscommunication.

Haught came out within a few hours of the call. On time. We were only charged a service call since it was simply a reset of the unit.

Our system wasn’t blowing cool air on the hottest day of the year. Even though it was a Saturday the technician was at our house within a hour and quickly got the problem figured out. He was very helpful and walked us through what was going on. Amazing service all around!

They are prompt for service and charges are reasonable
