I have been a customer of Haught AC for over 10 Years. They are always dependable, honest, and professional. They have done everything, from a full system install, to routine and emergency repairs, for me, and their work has always been excellent.
I have had them do work for me many times over the last eight years and have had only great service and responce. I count on them as part of our maintenance team and I am never disapointed.
The guy was very friendly, on time, and efficient. He took the time to explain things to me as well as call my husband to make sure he knew as well since he understood more. Pricing was what we were expecting, not over the top especially for having to do custom work to fix out AC. We definitely recommend this company and will call them first for anything else if needed.

I have used them for both installation and service. Every person, whether they work in the office or in the field, has been knowledgeable, respectful, and, most importantly, HONEST. We recently had repairs done and the two service technicians worked tirelessly to get our unit up and running. They were extremely courteous and they made certain I understood exactly what the problem was and what was needed to repair the unit. As long as they continue to provide the degree of excellence they have in the past, they will have my business. My wife and I are both disabled military veterans and I have to write a review for others to be aware of. We called Haught Air because a A/C unit they installed stopped working. Not their fault, things break down. However, the technician that came gave 3 or 4 problems wrong. We were willing to leave it to the professionals and pay. We paid over $500 for the repairs and still no A/C in the house. They charged us $180 for replacing a thermostat, the problem is a brand new thermostat was already installed. If the technician had got permission to replace it, we would have let him know. So, we are sitting in a hot house with 2 small kids for the entire weekend because they will charge us a weekend fee to send someone else to follow up (we just paid over $500.00). I have nerve damage in my arms and legs from exposure to chemicals in the Gulf and I work hard for my money and expect to get fair service. Nothing seems fair about having an inexperience technician, who has to take pictures of the situation on a phone and send it to someone else to diagnosis or troubleshoot, and then when the technician gets it wrong... letting a family stay in a hot house for a few days after they just paid over $500.
follow up: I was charged an additional $118 dollars for the technician having to come back out. He found that the problem was a bad capacitor. I was billed a second time for Haught Air to come out and fix what they previously told me was repaired. The repairman said the capacitor must of just went bad after he fixed the unit earlier in the week, so I got billed again. I plan on letting all of my colleagues and friends to be aware. They replaced a brand new thermostat (without authorization), with one of their own for $180, when the issue was a bad capacitor and possible punctured outdoor unit leaking freon.
Technicians are experts, professionals, and care about customer satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone -- I even told my next-door neighbor recently. She was 100% satisfied also! They know that word of mouth "advertising" by satisfied customers cannot be purchased. People can see through artificial "satisfaction" reports....
Zac, the service Technician, and the installation crew did a fantastic job! They were on time, very courteous, and extremely professional. Zac was great! He took the time to explain how the A/C-Heat Pump unit works. He also took time to show us how to program the thermostat. We highly recommend Haught Air Conditioning!!!
The crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were thorough and professional. They even reworked some pipes in my AC closet to make changing the AC filter easier. They finished ahead of schedule after thoroughly checking the installation.
Use Haught to service Mitsubishi system and they are always professional, find the issue and offer choices of fixes when available. Standard service fee is reasonable and doesn’t seem like they are trying to rob you just to show up. Definitely would recommend and will continue to use them.
