Beware of this place! Home warranty sent this company out in the winter time and they didn't fix the fan blowing constantly, their technician said it was ok. then when it started getting hot the ac was having a hard time cooling and the fan consistently ran. My electric bill was running 20.00 a day! so we called the home warranty company and they sent out Comfort air again and they said nothing was wrong, that our evaporative coils needed to be cleaned and that wasn't covered by warranty. I asked how much and they said 450.00! That wasn't the case! we called another company out and it was a heat sequencer that went bad and was trying to work the ac and heat at the same time. It is fixed and great. Only ran 160.00 to replace. They missed it twice and tried to tell me I needed a cleaning which was 450.00. Totally unprofessional!

After nearly a month of dealing with this company, and I use that term loosely since the whole ordeal was very one sided, I am to the point now where I have to move onto someone else. I, like others, were sent to them through my home warranty. Someone came out and said it was a bad motor and was going to need to be replaced. Since they gave me the quote and "ordered the part," exactly 4 weeks ago today, I have called them over 10 times, multiple times a week trying to see what's going on. At first they said it was delayed in the mail from being shipped, so I waited another week. Nothing. I finally talked to someone today, and that's only because I called from my wife's number instead of mine. They said they would check on it and call me back. If you guessed they didn't call back again, you win the prize. They are clearly running some kinda of home warranty scam. After you hand over the deductible money, you'll never hear from them again.

We first started using this company through our home warranty. They are always professional and perform their service well. We have been using the company for the past few years for a biannual checkup. They are honest and do not over bill. They recently cleaned out our condenser coils. I could see a huge improvement. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their service in the future.

We do NOT recommend this company. Unfortunately, they were sent to us twice through our warranty company. They didn‘t call me back when I requested info on the status, my husband had to call back. When I called them to tell them that the AC is still not working and the temperature rising in our house after one of their guys worked on our unit for TWO hours, I was told to wait a few hours and if nothing changes, call back at 5. Well, they close at 5. Not very competent or caring about their customers.
We requested a different company and guess what. They looked at the unit and 2 min later had the problem. The whole AC unit has to be exchanged.

After dragging me along for 6 weeks Comfort Air decided they didn't want to do the attic work so they quit. Because it was HARD!😒
Now I'm starting over with another company.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone, or return a call. It's no wonder that their rating is so low on Google.

I did not use this company for hvac work and will never use them. I was standing in my driveway when one of their employees in a Comfort Air vehicle pulled into my driveway to turn around. When he backed up he hit my mail box knocking it over and breaking the post. I was about 100yrds away when I seen him and it sounded like a big crash and he took off in a hurry. I jumped in my vehicle and caught up to him at a stop sign and followed him to Comfort Air. I decided to call the next day and to have someone to fix the mailbox since I am disabled. The secretary said the manager Juan would call me back, after about 10 times and Juan always being in meetings when I called and never once returning my call, I was never rude or upset, I just needed it fixed. I finally got my wife to fix it. This company does not uphold the American values that I look for in a company! Now I am needing a new complete hvac unit and I know who I won’t be calling.

Was sent out through my warranty to service my unit last month of May and we are now in June and they have yet returned my call or has not submitted my AC diagnosis to my warranty. My AC finally went out last night and the kids are I are without air! Made calls to the warranty they cannot continue my claim until diagnosis is put in!

They replace my fan motor last year and they forgot to take out the drain plug and my fan motor blew. Which made me had to go and pay someone else to fix it. I am not happy with this company. I would not recommend them.

Amazingly quick and professional service. We care for an aging, disabled parent and when our A.C. quit working, we knew the extreme heat would quickly takes its toll on her. They had it fixed in no time and we are so grateful.
