    Comfort Air Systems was the first a/c company I didn't feel like I was being ripped off by. Craig provided very professional and honest service that accommodated my hectic schedule, making the experience overall outstanding and inexpensive. Very friendly staff, and would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Thank you!

    Comfort Air Systems did an amazing job, HONEST and fair priced we have been having problems and had other companies work on it but kept having issues, after Craig from Comfort Air Systems came out he spent the time and found the problem with the unit that was giving us trouble.     We called Comfort Air Systems Sunday evening and they set up an appointment for Monday morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the problem. Craig explained the situation and didn't add any unnecessary repairs. They fixed just what needed to be fixed and the cost was very reasonable.

    Comfort Air Systems replaced our central air unit in our rental house wonderfully and under budget. They coordinated with our tenants to get the unit installed and provided very professional service. I highly recommend them and I still call with questions about HVAC units in our main home.

    This week our dog decided that the a/c unit was fair game. I called Comfort Air Systems and Craig, the owner himself, came out to diagnose our issue. It turns out there wasn't any real damage just superficial wounds to some wiring and the wiring had been pulled loose from the wire nut inside the unit. He taped everything up, reattached the wire and was on his way. He was very professional, showed up within the expected time frame, and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing air conditioning or heating work.

    My A/C unit was acting up last weekend I called a few company's but no one would come out to look at it on sunday. I gave comfort air system's a call and they had time to come to my house in hockley and fix the problem. very fast and friendly service ask for craig he took the time and explained everything he was very knowledgeable.

    We had a HORRIBLE experience with comfort air systems. I will NEVER use them ever again and I will tell everyone I know to use anyone but them. The owner himself, when he comes, is very nice and did a decent job. The real problem is the office staff and dispatch. The woman who sends out the calls and answers the phone was rude and unprofessional. We were told someone would be out here first thing Monday morning...which turned into monday afternoon...which turned into monday evening...which turned into Tuesday evening...and now was going to turn into Thursday! My husband took off all day Monday to wait for them only to have them never come. When I called Monday I was assured that someone would be out on Tuesday evening and it would not turn into Wednesday. I am a teacher and we have meet the teacher the next two nights and so we can't afford to take another day off to to wait for them to maybe come. When we asked her why they weren't coming tonight she said it wasn't safe to get on the roof with the earlier rainfall. Which is completely understandable except we told her that our condenser is not on the roof, it is on the ground and the other part of the unit is in the attic...no roof access needed. Her response was, and I quote: "why am I going to bother sending someone out for a $75 home warranty service call when I can go to someone who will pay $400? We do the home warranty company a favor and it's just not worth it!" My husband was respectful and calm while still expressing his displeasure with the situation. She ultimately hung up on him. Now I realize they may not like doing home warranty calls, but if that's the case, don't contract with the home warranty company. If you say you are going to provide a service, do it! Our $75 service fee may not be much, but I can guarantee you that the $7,000-$10,000 we end up spending in the near future to replace our AC unit will NOT go to them. Home warranty service calls give home owners an experience with your company that is an opportunity for more and bigger business. You may treat higher paying customers better, but if this is how you treat some customers than I don't want to do any business with you. I would rather use a company with more consistently great service.

    WE needed routine service, which would turn into a costly, repair according to another company. We called CAS and Craig told us that the diagnosis from the other company was incorrect, and that the service we needed would be substantially less than otherwise though. He saved us some cash, and has been running perfectly since. Fast, efficient, honest.

    Comfort Air Systems is the best a/c company I've ever used. They don't try to sell you something you don't need, are very professional and provide superior work.
