Would strongly recommend Agees. We got 4 estimates to replace our heat pump and Agees was the best value. We got excellent customer service and they did what they said they would do. The tech was respectful and put booties over his shoes when he came in the house. I appreciated that as we have light colored carpet upstairs where he was working. Will contact Agees when it's time to replace our other unit.

Jon Duncan came out to resolve a plumbing issue. He was knowledgeable and within minutes pinpointed the issue. Happy to finally resolve my recent issue!

Agees is always ready to help me even if it is a weekend. They are knowledgeable and friendly and it just feels like a family member at your house helping you rather than a serviceman. They are a five star company and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants more help and less hype.

I had to call them Saturday when my heat wouldn’t come on. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours! Kelly was our technician and he was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was difficult to determine what the issue was (turned out to be a wire in the wall was shorting out because someone had put a nail through it), but Kelly kept at it until he discovered what the problem was. He was an angel to us! I would use this company again, and I have already handed out several of his business cards to our neighbors. Their prices were reasonable, too!

I've been using Agee's for years since they put in my new air conditioner. They come out twice a year to make sure that it's ready for the summer and winter. Everyone there is super friendly and the service is fast!

It has been a long time since I have been this pleased with any kind of service technician. Zach was so thorough and so willing to explain each step he was taking. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. We will never call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Way overpriced, told me a $15 capacitor would be $358. I felt like I was getting totally hosed but went ahead and had him fix it. He then tells me, "oh that didnt include the trip fee" then billed me $430 for a problem that took him 5 minutes to diagnose and fix. Next time bring some lube. Will never call you again.
