A/C went out yesterday (Sunday) evening. Called and left message, they called back in a few minutes. A/C repair tech has now fixed the problem. Have used Agee's for years, always the best.

Rip off.... They tried to charge me $358 for a $15 part. Update... Fixed the unit myself. Got the capacitor off ebay brand new in a sealed box for $8 no tax no shipping. I feel sorry for regular customers who don't know about HVAC service.

The technician that came out named Andrew did an awesome job very polite considerate and professional he helped get my AC back on track to cooling and stop the leaking and answering all the questions that I had helping me understand my unit and how I can keep the maintenance up very awesome job will definitely use this company again awesome job Agee's and amazing job Andrew

Brand new unit one year ago. Paid for extended warranty. Renewed and paid for the annual membership. One year old unit goes out and still being charged 89$ before tax for them to come see what the problem is??? Should have gone with a different company.

I've had the spring and fall check up for many years. I attribute this to my first Trane unit lasting for over 20 years. Tech. stays as long as it takes.

Well called for troubleshooting a AC unit and got a leak check with no answers...plus had to pay over 400. Now i have a 400 lost and a non working AC unit. After the guy serviced the AC unit he didnt even check to see if it was working.
