Technician arrived within 30 minutes of my placing the call and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within another 30 minutes. Both the technician and office staff were polite, professional, and helpful.

I had a fantastic phone call with a young lady named Harlie, she was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend TDI from here on out.
