Greg and Robin the owners took great care of us. The team of installers were so amazing. So polite and did great work. Cleaned up the job site like they weren't even there. explained anything and then asked if i had any questions. He worked hard to make sure i felt comfortable. Thank you sooo soo much. We own several residential and commercial rental properties, and it seems like this year all of them had A/C issues. We decided to call Quality Air Conditioning to have them fixed/ serviced. They came out the same day, got us back up and running in no time. The guys were clean, didnt cuss in front of our kids or our tenants, professional, and knew what they were doing. Absolutely our new "go-to" guys.

Heat stopped working over night. I sent a message to Quality Air at 6:30am. The technician had it working again by 8am that morning, and replaced a part to insure the problem didn't come back by 8:40am. I strongly recommend Wes and Quality Air in Tyler.

We were well served and for a reasonable price. We signed up for an ongoing maintenance plan.

Just finished getting our new shop system up and running. These guys have been fighting the heat for weeks and have worked themselves to exhaustion. Real pros. Their dedication to the job is outstanding!

I highly recommend Quality Air Conditioning. My air conditioner hasn't worked this well in at least 4 years. I had some major issues and they VERY patiently fixed them.

Thorough. Excellent superb customer skills
Spent time educating re: mini split, how to prevent algae build up thus plug up and a mess. Showed diff apps that the WiFi mini offers to take of machine as well as the air, with HOPEFULLY no water condensate overflows.
Discuss needs and listen to described future job needs, I.e. two window units. Agreeable, will call back when customer gets everything together, For job.
All in all superb job.
