WORST PLACE EVER over 2 months on parts & still no call from them... Went to check on order in person and both guys were VERY unprofessional because I found the parts online in less than a week , then threatened to call police on me because I was asking why they couldn't of done the same thing or at least tell there customer about it!!! Plus they never order my parts to begin with WOW

When I walked in this place there were at least 3 guys behind the counter. Based on the interaction that I encountered it might as well have been 1 person in there. When I said what I was there for, everyone continued on with their business. I will not spend a dime on a place that lacks the simplicity of good customer service & not only that but the part I ordered was wrong LOL. Even on your bad days you fake it till you make it with customer service & for these people it was beyond their capacity to be courteous. I feel sorry for them & won't go back. Not that a bad review does anything but I literally walked out of this place laughing. Thanks Tyler TX!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Had my parts in quicker and cheaper than even ordering them online! Definitely stay local and give them a shot!

These guys always go over and above to make sure I have the exact part I need. They have saved me money on parts countless times. It's so convenient having a local parts distributor. I have used Mid South as long as they have been in business here. Look no further, they have what you need or will know how to get it. Courteous, efficient - they've got it down.

First I called And explained to them the piece I needed (guy on the phone was rude and kept cutting me off and claimed he wrote down the model number that I gave him) which is a wiring harness that connects to a lid switch and he told me they had it and that they would set it aside for my wife to come pick it up . They set aside a lid switch for her instead. So the following day I had to go back there in person o explain to them what I needed. I walk in and said hi how are you like a normal person. Guy just looks at me with a blank face. So I explain what I needed and he says he needs model number I told him that the guy I spoke to wrote it down the day before. He looked through the notes and couldn’t find it. And then he just looks up at me without saying a word. Blank face. I say well ok thanks for your help you have a good day , dude says ok. Grown men who don’t know how to carry simple conversation wow...Prices Dont trump horrible customer service. Never going back

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm just a homeowner and they sold me the right parts to fix my AC on my own and showed me how to wire my stuff back right.

These guys were so nice and professional!!! I hope I don't have to buy anymore parts for anything for a while but when I do, I will go back here again!!!

So happy I found this place! The prices are great, so much cheaper than anyone else. Their staff is helpful and friendly. My dryer went out on me, and after price checking I was lucky enough to find them!!!!

Saved my bacon on Christmas eve when a part failed on my home central heating unit! Had the part in stock and the price was very reasonable.
