NBL - Air Conditioning & Heating

After having 2 co come to my house , I called spoke to Ariel I advised him I did my homework know what part cost. SO?? worker comes 5 minutes n2 oh gnna be expensive. So I already knew had quotes from other co. 600$ max.so worker say oh no 1000$ , so by time I got my husband on phn jumped to 1500$$ for 2 parts gas valve , circuit board. RIDICULOUS!! So 75$ later very disappointed. I specifically told Ariel plz dont come if you gnna try hustle me.i guess they needed that 75$. So guess what ?? I found a reputable co that is replacing the furnace completely not 2 parts at 1500$ for 2k. Very polite very professional. At least I'll show you more respect than was shown to me I shalt name co. Found on Thumbtack though. I'd advise folks look there first. Very disappointed. Be careful as this was my true experience. Research what these co say all of them.

I can’t say enough awesome things about this company! The quote was reasonable and well explained. The team showed up on time and didn’t stop working until the job was done. Every employee was extremely courteous, professional. They carefully placed tarps throughout the house and the whole process was much cleaner than I had anticipated. Very VERY impressed!

I will always use NBL for both A/C and heater. Our A/C stopped working. With one call, a very professional and competent technician was on-site and early, and we were able to create thanksgiving since our daughter was in town!! AAA+++

NBL did a great job installing my new A/C and furnace. Larry and Edwin are hard works and very professional. They explained to me all the things they replaced.

Ariel came to the house within 30 minutes of calling at 5.30pm. We set everything up to replace our HVAC system, and his team had us back and cool again by lunchtime next day.

From beginning to end the service was remarkable! During the initial consultation everything was explained clearly and the problems I was having were all addressed. The installation was done on time and very well done. I haven’t had my house feel this great ever!! Thank you APLUS you have a customer for life!

Alberto's team was on time and very professional. It was a difficult job on a very hot day, and he was very pleasant and did not complain about the heat.
