NBL is a great company to work with for your AC & Heating needs. Larry, our technician was punctual, kind and diligent. He and his helper, Edwin, arrived on time and completed the job effortlessly. Larry was very knowledgeable about AC maintenance and answered all of our questions and offered great recommendations. We will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!

I looked on Home Advisors & NBL was the first to respond on a Sunday when my heat stopped working. I said I could wait until Monday. Raul came out at the designated time & had to go to Home Depot for the part that needed replaced. He was very polite and courteous and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I am very grateful for this company and the professionalism.

I highly recommend NBL A/C & Heating. I called 2 other companies that couldn't be here same day, but Ariel came out during non business hours and helped us out. Larry Morales along with another tech came and installed a new unit for us that next day and everything is running great. Larry even walked me through how everything works before him and his associate left. Plus they cleaned up well before leaving. Had a 20 year old unit that finally kicked the bucket, but I did not feel pressured at all into buying a new one. Ariel told me he could of fixed my issue, but said it is like putting a band aid on it, it will eventually come off and have to be replaced. With a new born due in June, summer right around the corner plus the price of the fix compared to the new unit, it was a no brainer. Thank you NBL!!

Our system was old and we have been advised a couple of times it needed to be replaced. They responded quickly and came out to give us a quote on 12 Feb 2021. Scheduled install for 15 Feb 2021 (the day Houston froze solid. Including my pipes.)
We rescheduled for 23 Feb. They finished the install and discovered the vent on the return plenum was undersized. The technician recommended an additional 20x25 vent and rough estimated $200 to $350 to install. I told him I would think about it. Oh boy, I thought, a typical upsell. After talking to my wife we decided to have it done. I called the main office (4:30 pm) and was told a supervisor would come out the next morning and check out the size needed.
The next morning (24 Feb) the office called and said after talking to the Tech they realized the size was correct and he would be out around 10:00 am. He came out, cut an additional hole in the wall around the corner from the original and installed the new vent and cleaned up the mess. When I asked how much I owed him he responded "No charge".
Our experience with NBL was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. We got a better system, at a cheaper price than another quote. They were quick to respond, quick to do the job, cleaned up after themselves, extremely professional. We have found our go-to central air/heat company.

The experience I had with NBL air conditioning was perhaps the best I have ever experienced. My parents were very happy with the quality of work, Raoul and the whole crew from the dispatch office were all excellent with response time and professionalism. 5 star for you guys. After my initial contact on Home Advisor, I had a call almost immediately, even on Sunday afternoon. Ariel arrived at the appointed time the next day. He diagnosed my air conditioning problem quite quickly to be a thermostat problem. The problem was fixed within a very short time and future preventative measures were discussed and easily understood. I appreciate the great service and will pass along recommendations to my friends.

I contacted NBL to do a price check on my usual HVAC contractor who quoted me almost $7,000 to replace the duct work in my single story home. NBL did an outstanding job for less than half of that. I had also contacted a third company who offered a decent price on the duct work but said my existing HVAC unit (which was only 3 years old) was very dirty/moldy and needed to be cleaned out. They showed me a picture of a very dirty system and quoted me over $1300 for the work. NBL did the work (at a discount because of the duct work) for $100. I asked NBL to open up my system before they cleaned it and it looked nothing like the picture the other company showed me. Honest contractors seem hard to come by but I feel fortunate to have found NBL. Not only did they do a great job at a fair price but they were very conscientious about minimizing the mess and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. All of their employees, from the technicians to the people answering the phone, were very respectful and professional. Give these guys a shot -- you won't be disappointed!

3 guys replaced everything in my home in about 10 hours... condenser, air handler, ducts, registers, the works. Awesome job, great price, techs were on-time, knowledgeable, & polite. I would definitely recommend NBL to anyone.

After listed my information on Angie’s list, NBL was the first to call me and send someone to my home with the next hour. Larry, the technician, showed up and was very friendly asking about my heating issue. After explaining to him the problem, he went to the attic and somehow got the heater working. He told me the system just needed his magic touch. He told me there was no charge for the visit and then gave me recommendations for the future. NBL earned my future work.

Company pushed very hard for payment upfront. Stating different factors why they need the money up front. No reputable AC company will ask for payment up front. In the end this felt very much like a scam and I did not use them.
