Had our air ducts replaced this week and they did an amazing job. Very friendly, quick and answered any questions I had. Gave us a great deal, lower than many others we had come out and give us a quote. Alberto came and gave the quote and he was super nice and friendly. Our house has never been as cool as it is now! Thank you NBL for the great service!

It was truly a pleasure to deal with NBL, they provided me with a lot of good information about my system and what the choices were in order for me to make the right decision for
my AC repair. This was something that already set NBL apart from other companies that did not provide me information and just wanted to push the highest price parts.

After listed my information on Angie’s list, NBL was the first to call me and send someone to my home with the next hour. Ariel? The technician, showed up and was very friendly asking about my heating issue. After explaining to him the problem, he went to the attic and took the time show me why the heater was not working. He then took me through my options. He explained with the big freeze on they we pretty booked up but they happen to have had a cancellation thsy day and felt the guys could get it in before the end of the day. As promised Larry, our technician, and his sidekick Edwin, arrived on time. They completed the job effortlessly -- well within the estimated time frame. Larry was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He offered to come back out if anything didn't work out during the freeze. It felt so good to hear the heater cut on and feel the warmth begin to feel the house again. We will definitely be using this company again. NBL earned my future work and will definitely get referred by me. Thank again!

After finding NBL on Angie’s list and submitting a request they called within 5 minutes. They were able to send a technician out within 30 minutes. They determined the computer of mu HVAC unit was the issue. The next day a senior technician was sent out to confirm that was truly the issue. I received a quote with 3 options for repair. After making a decision after hours and speaking to Ariel, NBL showed up the next day and completed the repairs quickly. Larry and Edwin had the job done is two hours. Very quick and very professional.

Just moved into the new house and wanted to make sure my AC system was working efficiently. After a recommendation through my thermostat app I called NBL and they came out very next day. Larry and Hector were very respectful and made sure I understood exactly what they were checking for and updated me on the quality of my system. True professionals. Highly recommend!

I got ahold of NBL through Home Advisor and a man named Ariel came to look at our furnace. He never turned the unit on to troubleshoot any issue. He went in the attic, banged around for a bit then came to us stating the computer was out (he meant circuit board), he could see a Freon leak and he could smell gas. He said to turn everything off and we should replace the entire unit for a discounted price of $5500. I knew this was all garbage but I was polite as I escorted him to the door. I called another company who fixed the unit without any parts for the price of a service call. I will NEVER use NBL and I would advise all I know, speak to or text to NEVER use this crooked company.

These people are The Bomb! They first came out in Jan to put a temporary fix on my unit. It lasted 4 months. It was time to retire the 22 year old A/C unit. The owner Ariel came to take a look after his employee reported to him the problems. Nice guy! Price was reasonable. Provided 0% interest financing. 2 days later Larry and Edwin showed up on time to do the install. Very professional young men. Safe. Organized. Polite. Respectful. Clean. In and out in 7 hours! They checked all the duct work. Opened an area, that had been folded in, to provide more air to my room. I mean these people are 100% legit. I appreciate y'all.

Very pleased with the service I received from the beginning phone call and request to check what was wrong with my furnace, to completion of installing a new ac unit! Alberto came and did the initial check. I got another estimate from another company that wanted to charge me TWICE as much as the job ended up costing me with NBL! After researching the cost of replacing an ac unit NBL was right in the same average as what it should cost so I went with them. The crew came a day later after the initial visit to install my new unit. I never once felt pressured into it. It was explained very thoroughly why I needed what I needed. For the service by the crew and the overall price, I’m glad I chose NBL for the job.

I called them and they came out within the hour. The technician was quick, freindly and professional. The damage wasnt extensive to my unit, and it wasnt emergency. They still made it a priority to come out to see me and work on my unit. Highly recommend.
