    The technician Michael V. came out and give me a quote to move my A/C unit. Very knowledgeable and respectful man. After telling him I had a service agreement with the company he gave me the best possible quote and after talking to company personnel gave me a lower price.

    $19K spent on 2 different new complete systems over last 5 years. Last system was installed less than 2 years ago. East side home system wasn't cooling. After troubleshooting, observed suction line iced over from evap coil back to compressor. Inside fan motor not operating. Tech showed up & I informed him of my observations, he verified issue, said company may have a replacement in stock in Pasadena, if so he would go and pickup part, return this evening & install, as he was on call for the weekend. It's now 48 hrs later and still no update or path forward! He's sleeping in ac this weekend and I can't even get a phone call on what's going on. If the unit wasn't under warranty I would use some other business for this and future repairs! JUST BE RESPECTFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THEM A 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL, STAY IN COMMUNICATION, THAT IS THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO! Evarardo Alday DO YOUR JOB!     1 star is a lot for my experience. I decided to hire this company because even though I knew it would be expensive, I thought I would at least be on the safe side. So, a tech came out to troubleshoot the system, which he did & charged me a 90$ diagnostic fee. They suggested some parts & we proceeded. The tech later came back to replace the new parts but no fix. Then, they sent a more experienced tech to run another diagnostic, I was charged with another 90$ diagnostic fee & ordered some more new parts. The tech later came out & replaced it & still no fix. I was already a little over 1500$ in. They suggested for me to get a new controller for 300$ from them plus ANOTHER diagnostic fee for the installation, I thought that was nuts! But I still agreed because all I cared for was my a/c. They said they would give me a call back once they were ready & they never called. So till this day, I don’t have a working a/c.system & the heat is coming soon.

    From the salesman to the cool air in home restored, all aspects of the complete AC/Furnace repair was explained, executed and cleaned up in a professional manner. The job was explained down to specifics, the installers showed up in time and completed the job in a systematic, efficient manner. The job was completed in about 4 hours. Completely pleased with delivery of services. Will definitely call them them back when downstairs unit needs to be replaced.

    Awesome fast service. The technician, Eduardo, showed up 2 hrs ahead of time and was very courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem in no time. He was honest and knowledgeable. We will certainly use this company again. We're glad we found them.

    Great service, even for out of normal business hours . Last Saturday evening (6 PM-ish) we switched over to heating from cooling and the furnaces blower did not turn on with the rest of the furnace system. By 9 PM-ish Expert Airs service tech had our system up and running and out the door. Like I said "Gr8 Service" :)
