Ali and his team are very friendly to work with. I got to introduced to him by a friend who availed Ali's services in several of his rental properties. When Ali came to check and give me a quote to replace my aging HVAC, he said I can wait for another year if I wanted to delay the huge spend. Even after I choose to replace, he added coolant to the existing system at no cost as the replacement would take a few days and the house was not cooling enough. His price was amazing, almost 40% less for a comparable brand from another installer. Ali's after sales service is top notch. I had called once for some noise that appeared to come from the external unit, his technician showed up in less than 3 hours to identify that the noise was coming from nearby window that had some lose parts. I just called again today with a cooling issue and his technician showed up in less than 2 hours to change out the capacitor that went bad.

Checked all 3 of our systems and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Was easy to schedule, they were punctual and professional. Would recommend them in a heartbeat
