Davis was a true professional. Took the time to carefully diagnose the issue with my AC Unit and worked hard to ensure everything was rectified in a timely manner. Very dependable and responsive.

Im going to be honest here. I got a chance to talk with Mr. Ali and sounded like a good professional guy. He schedule me an appointment for today between 12p and 2p for a quote for air duct work. That day came and the he never showed up and didn't bother to communicate with me that he was slightly behind till 1 and a half hour later after our schedule appointment. I called and texted him to see if he was still coming and no answer back. I would have appreciated if the contact was made before or during the hours of our schedule appointment about running behind, so I wouldn't have to stay at house waiting and wasting my time. Im a flexible guy but without communication im disappointed. This is not right way of doing business, very unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Ali. Just being honest.

This is the 3rd time I've used Ali's Air Service. He and his employees are knowledgeable, professional and polite. They take the time to explain everything and services are reasonably priced.

The experience was great. This company went above and beyond to help with replacing my A/C units. The prices was great compared to other companies and workers were nice and helpful. The guys definitely wanted to take time in explaining. Young man named Ali seemed extremely young at first and I just say I was a little hesitant. But looks can be deceiving! This young man sure knows about AC*s. With us being teachers - he even gave us an additional discount. Thank you !!

P.s. rock on to the installers who came at 7a.m. And left at 1030 p.m. and ensured all three units were installed. Caesar and his guys even cleaned up and left every part of my home nicer than it was .
