Ali unfortunately left my HVAC install incomplete. I’ve tried multiple times to contact him in hopes that he would finish the job he started. He seems to be completely unreliable and now I have an issue from the brand new HVAC system I had installed with no recourse except to complain here. Do yourself a favor and skip Ali, he used to be the guy to call but those days have passed.

Had Ali’s air install heat and AC unit in a house that had no existing unit or ducts and vents. They completed within budget and on time. They went the extra mile to come out during bad weather(freeze) to tune the unit to optimize the heat and run times, I have no reservations in recommending them for maintenance, new installs or repair work, they have knowledgeable and professional crews.

Scheduled a 2 hour window three times and did not show up. No follow up, no apology, zero regard for customer's time. Companies/individuals who don't take pride in what they do, you can only imagine the quality of work they would actually perform. Spend your time and money with a professional company and stay away from these guys.

Ryan came out on short notice to help us with an AC issue. We had one of the bigger HVAC companies come out and do some preventive maintenance on two of our AC units before the summer heat (offered a special promotion). We found out that they didn’t do much at all in regards to maintenance. Both filters were full of debris and one of the drain lines was blocked. Ryan took care of the issues and taught us a few things on how to maintain the units. Thank you Ryan! You’ve got a customer for life.

It took months to get Ali to do the work that was already paid for and after pleading to get him to do the work and leaving some negative reviews he finally kept his word so I took the bad reviews down. Well after a poor install and unfinished work and again NON RESPONSIVE, i am left needing to pay someone else to fix his work.
