Technician came out and charged me $220 to tell me, well it’s exactly what you said it was. It took 45 mins and charged $220, but ok no big deal. I said ok I need it fixed! Was told it would be another $540 to repair it which I said ok I need it fixed. The technician said ok the company will send you an official estimate. Never got it, so I called and asked and was put on hold then told they would email it to me after they found out where the technician stored it. I haven’t heard from the company since! That’s insanity!!!! Would not recommend nor use again!!!

We recently moved to Texas and the house we moved into has 2 AC units, one is a little over a year old and the 2nd is builder grade unit that is at least 11 years old. One of the first things we looked for was bringing these two units under a maintenance contract. We saw that Schnorrbusch had very good reviews so we reached out to them.

The technician arrived on a Tuesday and he was very polite and thorough and he found issues with both units. We had a few email exchanges and we received a quote and we told them that we wanted to move forward with the repairs. We had another exchange confirming that the newer unit was under warranty and I replied "We're ready to get the work done, we just need an updated quote... nothing...

Then I got a call from Nathan (the owner) and he suggested replacing the older unit and we agreed and we told him we were ready to move forward with the purchase of a new unit. He said he'd get us a quote the next morning... nothing.

I have a very busy work schedule plus we were still moving into the house and we were also renovating the house. A week had passed and I realized that we hadn't heard from Schnorrbusch. I sent another email stating we were ready to move forward with the repair work on the one unit and replacement of the other unit, we just need a quote....

nothing, no reply...
