So, Technician came out, very professional and courteous, didn't have the correct capacitor. Put in an incorrect capacitor (per his boss that he had on the phone), and said he would exchange it next day. Technician called me and said he went to 3 supply houses and no one had it. I ordered one on Amazon and offered to exchange it with the incorrect part his boss told him to put in, and I was told by office personnel that if I wanted a refund for incorrect part, they would send a Technician out and remove the part that they waaay overcharged for (20 bucks on Amazon) in the middle of a heatwave in Texas.

Do NOT recommend. $80 service call, $140 dollar diagnostic fee, plus part equals $384. And the Technician was here 30 minutes.

Don't call these guys if your A/C goes down.

The service tech was very polite and quick. He fixed the problem fast and got our ac blowing cold again. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Michael was very professional on doing his job. He was very polite and kind and he new his job that is a guy you should keep on the payroll.

The technician from my last visit was very thorough and went above and beyond yo ensure my air system was functioning properly. He proactively identified additional issues (outside of specific reason for call) to ensure my system was working properly and would knot result in additional service calls.

Michael notified me that he was heading our way and arrived promptly. He was professional and honest about the issues and fixes to our equipment. Great service!
