My air conditioning unit had been serviced a couple of times by a company hired by the previous owner of my duplex. The problem was not corrected. My new landlord contacted Schnorrbusch Heating and Air. Zach came out and was very thorough in determining the problem and making the needed repair. These guys did a phenomenal job they made sure that my family had heat and was safe during an extremely cold time of the year and when we were having extremely bad problems with our furnace. They also double checked to make sure that our family was continuing to be safe after the issue had been resolved would recommend 100% of the time. Schnorrbusch is great! Our heating an air went out Labor Day weekend. They sent a tech out later in that week. it was hard to get the parts due to the pandemic. It also took sometime while working with our home warranty company. They sent a portable AC window unit to our house just so that we cools be comfortable! the unit worked great and it kept us cool in that one room so that I could continue working and it was comfortable at night. After working through several details with our warranty company they installed the new indoor ans outdoor units. Would use them again and again!
